It's like the Titanic's going down and the band is still playing but you can't admit that.

I am pretty sure you can sacrifice people ( invest invest invest buy buy buy ) to prevent losing your own money

Yep, that is what Avalon is paid to do at his agency... to roam the forums and post thousands of posts each month about how the real estate market will reach over 8 000 pln/sq.m. and we are all stupid and we should all BUY BUY BUY hahaha ROTFL

fstop, Poland is freezing COLD 8 months per year. Minus 30 and minus 35 degrees Celsius
are commonplace here in Krakow for example.

I am a temperature freak, and the only time in five years where it dropped below -30 was January 18th and 19th 2006 in the early hours of the morning.

The coldest temperature i recorded here last year was -14. Its really cold right now -9 last night and currently -6. Shouldnt last much longer than 10 days and well be back in the +'s.

So why are you posting so much about it Mark, using ten thousand usernames? Can someone not afford to buy in Krakow and is trying desperately to scare the market?

Youve just exactly described your mission Mark its just that yours is the opposite.

I have not advised anyone to buy in any of my posts. I have just refuted the ridiculous, unsubstantiated claims made by others. I have reproduced articals that were written recently, by professionals. You are at liberty to dispute their claims by providing alternative sources which can be discussed sensibly. It seems the you and others like you are unable to do this.

What rubbish! This is the 15th wineter that I've lived in Poland and in that time it has never been as low as minus 35.

the real estate market will reach over 8 000 pln/sq.m.

The old lady who lives on the floor below me died a while back and her flat was sold. The new family love the building and area but are expecting their second child so the want a bigger place. They asked the woman who lives directly below me (i.e. her flat has an identical size and layout to mine) if she wanted to sell her flat and offered her PLN 9,500/sqm. She said that she likes living there too and refused to sell. This is a building from 1948.

I would hardly call 254 posts over a period of 2 years, thousands, but then again, your propensity for exaggeration is well known on PF. Don't give up the day job Mark.

Mark, I am retired. I have not worked since 2004. I do not even have a NIP number, so, it appears you are wrong yet again. What a suprise, yet another false statement.

I think we should just all accept the Polish real estate market is going to crash...then this utterly boring thread can be closed.....Am i the only one that does not give a stuff what a house is worth...?

In this particular thread it looks like yes, you are the only one. Most others have at least a passing interest, even if the possibility of moving is not on their radar.

Most others have at least a passing interest,

I suppose i too have a passing interest in the facts....but this thread seems to more about the rantings of one person posting under a dozen different names....nobody is going to learn what their house is worth from this person...!

If this bothers you so much, maybe you should stop giving this guy so much attention?
And give more attention to mine, hmmm? :)

stop giving this guy so much attention?

I am quite happy to ignore him....but sadly the thread will continue , unless everyone else ignores him also.... We already have a thread on the price of Warsaw appartments , no doubt fed by the same nutter , can the mods not merge it all into one boring thread called guess how much my house is worth... We could also have a thread dedicated to how much my car is worth , and how much newer it is than my neighbours , that should get the same bunch of people interested...

If people are really interested in such dullness they have a right to chat about it , but it seems that people are prepared to discuss this with somebody who clearly has no idea about the subject....Somebody who clearly has a mental problem wants us all to believe that the property market is going to crash , so , ok its gonna crash , can they now shut the fcuk up...?

stop]And give more attention to mine, hmmm? That on the other hand...?????
