leave us alone, let us live and prosper and accept ukraine as free and independent state.
let them live and prosper(Ukrainians)

eeee, let you alone??

Now, since Poland recognized separation of Kosovo from Serbia, Poland is involved. Official Poland aranged that. That idiot Tusk. If you ask me, there were better ways for Poland to become involved

as for Ukraine. i see Ukraine as free, independant and kin Slavic state. i count on Ukraine, in all combinations

i count on Poland, too.

ow no i sound like spock(long live and prosper)

Force with us!

Listen me boy....the times are always the same, nothing changes....

Nope, nothing changes: Greece is still one of the poorest countries with a huge inflation, which will someday cause the Euro to drop in value. At least you could say from the other poor nations in the EU that they spent the money they got from the EU well.

M-G (that darn Churchill and Stalin and their coaster: do you want Greece? No, we don't want Greece. Yeah, but we don't want it either! Someone has to take it...Well ok, we will take it.)

A miracle needs to happen.

yes, of a great caliber

Imagine hostile situation in the world and how Oba Ma- black USA president ordering to Poles to go and fights against Russia, to defend values of `moden world`, etc BS.

On the end of his message to Poles, Oba Ma can say for example.... ``and after the war, in which millions of Poles would died for freedom of the democratic world, Poland would be rewarded with numerous waves of settlers from Africa, Israel, Near East, Turkey. Go Poles! Down with Russia!``

See, that could be that wonder of which you taliking about. Poles would simple say- ``Oba Ma, go f** yourself`` and, they would turn to Russia to form alliance with their Slavic sisters and brothers.

Crow, please provide details of how many Poles live in America and how many live in Russia. The world is more complicated than you think and allegiances aren't based solely on ethnic kin, FAAAAAR from it.

Poles can prosper more in America than they can from Russia. An elite within Russia tends to hoarde the lion's share of the cash and even the Jews don't flourish there to the extent to which they do in other countries, notably America.

If you doubt that Poles like prosperity, your new nickname will be Ostrich Man and not Crow.

Greece is still one of the poorest countries with a huge inflation

Greece pays 8-12% of GDP on armament equipment. This is to counterbalance the turkish army standing in borders. If Netherlands had to pay such huge amounts of money on arms,we would see how good their living standards would be.

And we are front line with the Germans resisiting turkish integration into EU.But we should let them to overflow Netherlands and make them smoke nargile and wear hijab.

Oh Jezus Christ, is that still going on then? Why are you Greek so terribly proud? Are the Turks really jumping at the border to invade Greece?

They keep 2500 tanks at the borders. They invade air space almost everyday with their fighters.

Greece had liberated themselves from the Turks nearly 2 centuries ago)

Yes,but most parts were liberated just 90 years ago.

But I always thought Cyprus was an independent country, ok, one half occupied by the Turks and the other by the Greek, but still.

rock

When are you going to invade?

southern

Maybe we should allow Turkey into the EU after all, then?

But I always thought Cyprus was an independent country, ok, one half occupied by the Turks and the other by the Greek, but still.

Cyprus has always been, and always will be, a Greek Island. Independant or not. I'm familiar with history, so it all seems pretty obvious to me.

Population:

77% Greek.
18% Turkish.
5% Other, including Armenians.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I have to explain anything?

:)

Crow, I also wish that my Celtic kinsmen, the SAS, didn't fight my fellow Celtic kinsmen, the IRA, back in the day. Us Scots and Irish should always enjoy a good drink together. However, life is not like that.

To answer your question, some people don't keep abreast of statistical changes. To them, the American dream is very much alive. I know what you want me to answer, though. Russia is much closer but I feel that they need to waiver the VISA requirement for Poles. They have waltzed into Poland numerous times unwanted so they should show a leap of faith and build ties. However, pride gets in the way. They try to outdo each other by looking for differences rather than commonalities/similarities. In my experience, this has become part of the Polish psyche, to look at how what they have is different from other places. It's like a battle of quality. The Russians have their pride too.

In conclusion, the young generation is the best hope. I've been on 2 guided tours with Itaka and it has always been the old feckers who bear grudges and comment on how Poland has the best of everything. The young generation are prepared to drink with their Russian counterparts.

I should give you the GG number of my Polish friend. He likes befriending young Russians and believes Kosovo je Srbija. He is very pan-Slavic.

what if USA stop to be prosperous

Yeah well, what if the icecap on Antartica suddenly melts and it becomes a huge tropical island? Will all the Poles and Serbs and Russians flock down there to create one happy Slavic state?

It could happen if the South Pole suddenly became inhabitable. It would be easier for people to move down there and get along. There wouldn't be cities and nation states competing with each other and they could start from scratch and do everything their own way. It stands a good chance of succeeding.

What needs to happen in the world so that Poland and Russia form alliance?

Poland will need to have something of value to Russia and Russia for Poland that cannot be gained from alliances elsewhere. Does Poland even figure on Russian radar unless there is talk of US missile shields or NATO politics? I don't know?

It was the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire after the ceasure and the sole Roman capital after Rome got conquered by the Vandals in 452 or 475. So that would pretty much make it Roman until 1450-something.
