Poland will not agree to Russian military personnel' permanent presence at the anti-missile shield base, though inspections and monitoring are possible, Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski tells Gazeta.

I don't think that any of the Presidential candidates could locate Poland or the Czech Republic on the map.
