If I were in the porn industry I would use a low key approach to attract employees. That doesn't include cornering someone in the local shop.
I'm also sure that recruiting for this buiness is much the same as any other... busness card, polite explanation of what is required, arrangement for future interview.
Anyone doing recruiting on the fly should realize the consequenses of getting it wrong and be ready to apologize in such cases. No mention of this guy apologizing
It seems to me that the guy mentioned in the first post was a chancer, and rightly not to be trusted. He did nothing to show he was genuine. That is, show that he was working for a legitimate porn company.
