Aminagurl21 1 Oct 2007 / #62Yes long distance relationships work. My brother has been in Iraq for 6 months now, and his wife is back home in Cali. He's in the Marines and this is his second time to Iraq..he went 7 months last year and 7 months this year. He should be back by the end of November. So they have been married for 2 years now and I think he e-mails her everyday and calls her once a week..since its so expensive to call back and forth. He never calls us lol..typical.Well yeah actually its different if ur married. If ur just dating a guy then he might think about other girls close by..unless he is truely in love with you. Then there will be an attraction holding u 2 together.
