What are the perceptions of polish towards homosexuality?

Does that make any difference then? It should actually be no topic of discussion at all in my opinion, but apparantly it's a big issue how ppl want to give shape and form to their sexual life. What really worries me is that even women are participating in this "hatred" towards homosexuals. After all, they should know better.

Why are the Dutch famous for being gay? do they really have so many gays there? Ive meta few dutch guys and id say 1 out of 3 are gay or bi. I can meet a someone and say oh your Dutch and theyll reply yeh but im not gay, whats the deal?

I don't think we have more gay ppl than other countries. I think it's just that we do not make a big deal out of it and perhaps lots of gay ppl from other countries come to us because they hardly have to fear (official) proscecution. But I guess it's the same in the UK. Not all Dutch ppl tolerate homosexuals, mind you! There are gay bashers as well in the Netherlands, but unlike some other countries, they go to prison when caught. The Netherlands, but especially the big cities tolerate gay ppl (as they do with certain other groups of ppl - Jews are a good example for that matter) because generally speaking they are richer than non-gay ppl. And what can you do with rich ppl? Right, you can make more money out of them. Jews from Portugal were more welcome than Jews from Eastern Europe because they had more money. And that is the main base for Dutch tolerance: we are a country of merchants and we tolerate ppl most of the time because you can make money out of them. Merchants generally don't have that much morals.

It's because they are not afraid to tell it. I believe there is the same amount or even more in other european countries, but they are not out about cause of the culture, prejudgements etc etc.

Here nobody cares if you are gay or not..it does not influence the person you are.

That's why you think there are more, they do not hide.
