What does a Polish guy expect from a relationship?

I have been dating a guy for around a month now and i have always been very independant and enjoy my own space, friends etc.

He seems to understand this as i explained in the beginning that i had just come out of a long relationship and wanted to take things slow.

He is really nice and i dont want to upset or confuse him, can anyone offer some kinda guidance?

Well he doesnt sound confused. You explained what you needed and he understands. Problem solved? If hes happy and youre both having fun and you're just with each other he'll be fine. He sounds like he has the best of both worlds. Fun stuff and not too much commitment.

I agree with UKinpoland.....he doesn't sound confused to me unless there is something you haven't told us.....the only sound advice I can give you is to be true to yourself.....if he starts to pressure you for something more or becomes possessive, then stand your ground.....if that upsets him, then he's probably not the guy for you.

in my experience Polish men can be possessive and jealous of friendships outside of the relationship... but of course all men are different and maybe yours isnt like that... good luck anyway

Because there's no such thing as friendship between a woman and a man. :))

Well, apparently you found a Mr. Right. You can start learning Polish. At least 3-4 hours a day :)

Sex, good food etc.

What makes you think that Polish guys and Polish dogs dont have a difference?

A man can expect more than that.

Polish guys want polish girls for sex and food or only for sex?
Who is the cook after all?

well if a guy wants a girl for food and sex (or sex only)... he wants a one night stand, not a relationship, i guess there's more in it that shagging and eating, or am I wrong.

whoever want, feels like or agrees to be, is the cook. when starting/having a relationship do you make deals of a kind: who's the cook here and who vacumes the carpets?

He must be a new breed of Polish man because his cooking is to die for and he has been really considerate so far! well past a one night stand!!

you would have to be a very lucky man to find a a girl who will cook dinner on a one night stand wouldnt you?

I think polish girls pay a lot of attention to looks.I seldom saw ugly guys with hot girls in Poland while in CR it was quite often.
