Somebody from abroad married a Polish in Poland?

I and my fiancé(he is a polish gentleman with polish citizenship) plan to get marriage in Poland in this summer.

We both live in Poland right now.We got a paper about documents we must prepare from the local government in Poland.

There is one document i must have,but they didn't tell me from where i can get and if i can not get,what i should do.The polish name of the document is'document stwierdzajacy moznosc zawarcia malzenstwa wedlug prawa ojczystego'.

Does anybody know about this?I am waiting for the information from you especially those who got marriage in poland already.

You have to ask your Embassy for it ! must be in Polish and must said that you are not married back in china ! if your Embassy dont give you that them you must go to court House to get a Papers from there but is easy if you Embassy can get you this Document ! you said you were going home in the end of the year are you love or decide that Poland is better the china ?

After finish my study in Poland,i and my fiance will move to belgium (My fiance's family live in brussel)and later probablly french.After maybe few years we both will return to China.we perfer to live in China.About poland,i like it,in future i think we will visit again.

I dont think she know or care is all about the EU rights for some people Life in China is hard for the most of the people they is why you see so many of them all over the world . I am not blaming her for try to stay here in the EU for better life job , and all but say is love bla bla bla Give me a break

In my opion,if you don't know or understand this person,i would suggest DO NOT give any judgement and commends.

I do not care about anything about work rights in EU,when i was in China ,i had good education and good job with good salary.I bought a big house which is about 120 square meter 3 years ago.I would say life in China is much comfortable for me than in europe.I am with my fiance 2 years already,because my fiance won't be able to find very good-paying job in China just now after he finish his master,the best choce for us is that i came to poland and study again .For myself,after master,probably i will continue my PHD or start to work.

With the growth of globalization,the movement of people between different country is a quite normal thing,if you have been to china,you will know how many foreigners work in china now,did we say sth to offense them?so far,we always say people should have a open mind.
