If there are such warehouses, why aren't they selling the products in Poland?

There's a hysterical 'chinski market' in Poznan near the PKS station which sells the kind of garbage that you'd expect in the worst of the worst pound shops in the UK. For three times the price.

Nearby Warsaw, polish capital there is a really big warehouse area

It is located in village Wólka Kosowska en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W%C3%B3lka_Kosowska

you can find there three warehouse centers:

GD Poland Investments Ltd. known as Chinese Trade Center (17 thousand sq. meter warehouse)
gdpoland.pl/en/index.php

The European Asian Commercial Centre (EACC) (32 thousands square metres)
eacc.pl/_angielski/index.html

ASG Business Center (area of 8 ha)
