Please think about opening this in Wroclaw!!! There are NO Indian food restaurants here and I was actually just thinking about how I can open one here myself! Please contact me to discuss it further, as I feel this is something that can really work!

Why Wroclaw?
It has a huge student population, is increasingly multicultural (many foreign factories/businesses opening here such as LG, google, Whirlpool, Toshiba etc etc), there is already a very popular Bollywood night at a local pub and Wroclaw is growing like crazy!

An Indian restaurant/tea house is a great idea!

Indian curry is full of various herbs .
its taste different to those people who have not tried any other form of spices except black pepper ,for them it will be new experience .

indian curry is good for cold areas

chicken teka masala

Oi, tudo bem Zion?

Chicken Tikka Masala is not really of Indian origin. It started life in an Indian Restaurant in Glasgow ! There are lots of examples of Indian dishes that originated in the West and largely consist of very spicy ingredients as opposed to the subtle spices and flavourings of 'real' Indian food from the many different regioanl cuisines of that country.

I hope he opens one in Poland. I won't mind travelling to Warsaw just to try his food! I am curious :)

Lodz has a good market too for such foods... but I somehow feel he will choose Warsaw probably...

Look for a consultant specialised in business like restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels and clubs, in Poland: mbouricius.wordpress.com

I have great experience with that guy.

If he is opening one he should open soon!

Otherwise there are indian recipies online :) ... my mom says she can try making a few :) ...

So here you are... eat the cake while its still hot!

If your food gets loved... I am sure you'll get your citizenship soon :) :) ... and ya... a Polish girl will follow (if you are a good human being that is) :) :) (so what say?)...

IF U COULD MAKE FOOD WITH RECIPES THEN NO ONE WOULD EVER GO TO cafe to eat still people goto cafe to eat. In India we say" His hands has a taste" and thats why we go to particular cafe to eat food.

I am happy being Indian.

I'd love to be there to see poles eat a hot beef vindaloo etc., Knowing their cuisine, which is quite "sweet" for the most part, it would be hilarious seeing them cope with the hotness of a curry - they wouldn't know what hit them!!! lol.....but in time, some would become accustomed to it....
