Hello.

I searced trough the forum and i couldnt find anything useful.
Any info or help appriciated.
Cheap Daewoo cars nubira & lanos yr 98-2000 here in Slovenija.
A polish tourist here told me that these cars are very popular in Poland.
If someone is interested about these car models let me know.

Hi

I dont think age matters. You have to pay import tax of approx 3% on cars less than 2ltrs, and 13.6% for cars > 2ltrs. Also approx 1% customs tax. You also need to get the car checked for roadworthyness and you get a technical certificate so you can register the car.

How much are you looking for it? Is it in Poland at the moment, does it have any MOT and tax, also what year is it?

I'm not a trader but i'm looking to change my car soon. (you can't register rhd vehicles in Poland)

Anybody know if you can import a UK spec right hand drive car to poland?? I just can't get the hang of changing gear in a left hand drive car...

You can mate, but you can't reg it here. It means going back to the UK each year to get your MOT and road tax.

Plus your insurance now has to be from the uk (this is what i have been told).

That's true. There are some insurers who will give you insurance but it's more expensive than the UK.
