I knew what "fajna dupa" meant. I've used it on many occasions but just teasing them. When I put "need this" what I meant was the pronunciation which I got :)

but what a strange thing to want to say, if you want to say:

"I regret what I did to you."

that would be:

"(Bardzo) żaluję to, co ci zrobiłem." the (Bardzo) is 'very (much)' which may be called for in this kind of situation.

Just call me grammar nazi.
