Why so? It's ridiculous.. before I begin my endless rethoric.. I'm on your side, but seriously it's so one-sided. Every man on earth can change his view on history except when it comes down to the Jewish/Armenian Holocaust (& others)

Now, don't get me wrong, I despise people who question the holocaust or try to tell me that not 6 but "only 3" millions were killed or w/ever I think it's disguisting & it's wrong & they're pretty much ****** up..

But is it worthy of punishment? I one wants to rewrite French history, he can.. but if one wants to rewrite Holocaust he gets imprisoned in some countries. I cannot state enough that I despise these people.. however, you should be able to write -whatever you want- on a sheet of paper & not be imprisoned for it.

It's what Europeans fought for, for decades & no one is going to take that away from me.

Well, I think that's the point where we differ. I'm less conservative & more liberterian. And I'm quite torn to be honest. Although they depict my people in such a dreadful way, I still think they have the right to do so. However, freedom of speech ends where another's man's freedom is trespassed. I find it hard to create an opinion on this...

I was mixing a one third of sarcasm, a splash of irony & finished it off with a dash of cynicism. In cast you hadn't noticed. I know how complicated they are, I am Polish, I follow Polish newspapers. You can very well defend yourself despite of the "American P.C." I just can't stand such remarks as "Jews can spit on us" You're entitled to your own opinion but so am I.


Well, I don't live in Poland the whole year round any more, so I don't know how society would react on that, all I know is that they still sell those "Jewish jokes books" in "kiosks" accross Poland. It's a small book with a jewish man on the front depicted having money coming out of his pockets & a huge nose. So.. double standards.. not too sure about that..

It's a practice that used to be allowed because of social issues at that time. Just as the bible has (see: mormons). The thing is that these books were written thousands of years ago & do not reflect the state of current society. So if you were to interpret things literally, yes you can marry multiple women.

Luckely most rational muslims & christians know how to interpret the bible by understanding which statements are timeless & which aren meant in their own timeframe. Unfortunately some people don't which results in things such as this:

The USA are the prime financiators of the state of Israel, a whole lotta money goes to Israel each year, not even counting weapons & such. Allright, I accept that. But asking everyone to admit if they worked for the communist govt. & making their daily lives depend on it is not the right way. It's pretty much a witch hunt. Which is why I can understand why the court deemed it as unconstitutional.

These clear cases need to be adressed one by one through justice and courts of law & not massively through the ones in power.

And even then I don't know if I'm fully 100% for that, as to me personally, it's something that stands in the way of the future. But I can understand that Poles that lived through it & have profound memories about it do not want to forgive & forget that easily.
