Among all your other stupid statements I have to take issue with this one. Tell me how many British Soldiers fought in Poland to remove the Nazi? Put this against the 400K Poles who fought for the British Army in Africa, Italy, France and Germany and they were told they could even go back to Poland as Roosevelt handed Poland to an even worse regime in the form of the Communists.

Poles fought to save Britain from the Nazi's not the other way round.

heard some thing like that "oh look. next polish bloke here - ha ha ha". Because I was stright from the plane and I was holding a bags. So natives thought that I just came here to steal their maintenance job.

I think they were joking a about another Pole just got off the plane, in the context that there are suddenly Polish everywhere, which is funny. I don't think someone scared to 'lose their maintenance job' would be laughing about it.

Wine tastes of what you make it from. Vodka has basically no taste at all, its a chemical produced from sugar. Remove the water and you can use it to drive a car or strip paint. The UK has been making grain alcohol for centuries as well (adding flavour and calling it Gin), so it as much a British tradition as anyone else's. Which is to say, nobody's.

This forum is the most racist I'm a member of. Poles seem to be obsessed with race, not surprising since their contact with the outside word has been very limited for a long time.

But the British (don't refer to the English, its a nation of Irish, Scots, Welsh and English) have many waves of immigrants coming here spreading back centuries.

In rough order we've had Jews, Germans, French, Irish, Poles, Hungarian, Black Caribbean, Indian, Pakistani, South African, Australian, French, Swedish and now the Poles again.

In comparison, whats Polands tolerence levels like? A constant talk about Poland and its 'race', why are Polish men/Women better, why is Poland so F***ing perfect, etc. How much do we hate XXXX country. I've even heard a Pole say London is too cosmopolitan...wtf?

'Race' or Nationalism is history. Poland is now part of the EU, it will take time but nationalism will die out. Get used to it and shut up with the nationalistic ****.

Avoid Fabric. It too packed (dangerously so) and only tourists go there.

The Polish economy is revving up. In the first quarter of this year, gross domestic product grew by a whopping 7.4 percent, the highest figure in a decade.

In 2006, the country's GDP grew by 6.1 percent. The first-quarter data shows that this year may see a similar rate of growth, making Poland one of Europe's fastest growing economies. Among European Union member states, only Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia and Romania are growing faster than Poland. But, unlike in most of these countries, Poland's growth has been exceptionally stable, with low inflation and a stable external deficit.

Until recently, Poland's economic growth was chiefly driven by exports, which grew at a rate that sometimes exceeded 20 percent annually. Poland's 2006 exports totaled 87 billion euros, increasing over 22 percent from a year earlier and marking the best result for the Polish economy ever. In the first two months of 2007, exports grew by 16.4 percent. The economy ministry estimates that throughout 2007 they will total 102.5 billion euros, growing by 17 percent over 2006.
