Love / What do Polish women look for in a relationship? [70]

Whats wrong shewolf you don't want men to do nice things.
I guess you would rather have him pull up in a Bently and show off all his bling bling.
That is how they do it in America. Show the women the money baby and they will come running

lol Sparky. Maybe people in Beverly Hills behave like that. That's the only place I've ever seen a Bentley.

I agree that the website has nice ideas for how to treat a woman but the writer makes it sound like that's all you need to do to impress a Polish woman. But women are not really impressed by that stuff. Look at all the men who have posted messages on this website about their Polish girlfriends. They've done all sorts of things to impress them and it didn't work. A woman will either like you or she won't. Just being yourself is enough for the right woman.

Love / I need a Polish Bride website... [46]

Have you tried attending a Polish church in your area? They're full of Polish people, believe me.

Life / Poland is wearing me down. :( Polish excuses... [30]

nauczyciel, do people consider you good looking or is there something about you that people envy? The behavior you describe sounds like people might be jealous of you for some reason. Maybe your friend's husband is jealous of you and that's why she never called you back about going out for drinks. He might have said something to her. And the problem with your co-workers also sounds odd. It's almost as if they feel jealous of you and they only used that one incident to have a reason to express it.

USA, Canada / Polish Bakeries in California? [6]

Have you ever been to Polka Deli in Orange? I've never been there myself. I keep forgetting to go down there. It's listed as a bakery:

My favorite place is Old World Village in Huntington Beach. Even though it's German, the Old World German Restaurant has some Polish food and the Deli has a bakery and a lot of imported stuff.

Love / Some expert in polish women can tell me what happened here? [37]

Ooh Shewolf... that phrase of yours ringed a bell in my head... when I asked her why she didn't want to have sex, she said: "I want to make sure this is love, and not just passion"... what I still don't get is: why she run away even from the 'friendship'? It makes me go mad, because I know that two more weeks of this 'friendshp' and we would be a formal couple, and I feel that she got afraid about that :-) . We really got on very well! Anyway, thank you for equilibrating the discussion with a 'Yin' point of view ;-) .

lightsphere, now that you've posted your picture, I can see that you are a very attractive man and I think she was definitely attracted to you physically. She wasn't just thinking of you as a friend. But she probably isn't the type of woman who sleeps around. That's why she didn't have sex with you. And she probably is not having sex with the other guy either and she's going to leave him, too, exactly like she left you. I think she was just afraid to face you and tell you that she didn't want to continue in a relationship with you. It may seem cold-hearted but fear makes people do strange things.
