Love / Why Polish girls are awesome? [141]

This "Polish women are better than English women" is bu.llshit. I've got female English friends that I get on with more than I would with anybody, more so than my male mates. They're fantastic. Some people are quick to rip into people. I've met some ugly faced, ****** English girls and I've also met some ugly faced, ****** Polish girls. Evelina springs to mind, she can't keep her gob shut.

Sure - English girls are great if you fancy going to a real ale festival and doing some arm wrestling. I yearn for the days when I could listen to a girl burp the first line of the national anthem. Unfortunately we don't get that in Poland (wipes tear from eye)

As a matter of fact they act more female than any girls here would act. Hair, nails, skirts, shopping, and makeup... and some cute sqeals when they get excited about something :)

OK, this is a buls**t thread anyways:)

Agree totally.

lol i must admit, sometimes those eastern european girls butcher what our girls might call fashion, you can tell a British girl from an eastern european by the way they dress :) if there is one thing about our girls they pride themselves on their dress and shoe ware :)

Agreed lol, but the Polish women are great too I must say. But they're no better than English girls.

Dude, MrBubbles can read between the lines. He understands. Don't worry - you want to look good on the chck thread. That's cool with MrBubbles.

You obviously cannot read through the lines...

and some cute sqeals when they get excited about something

Nothing sexual. It's not that sort of a friendship. They love puppies, sports cars, clothes etc. That is when the 2 of them will squeal.

I'm English and proud of it

D'oh you caught it in time... I sussed it out from talking about English girls... lol

Thanks for the responses, Polish girls are still awesome.. Please send me an email.

You singled out English women. We have English women in this forum. How can they not be offended about that?

Generalisations..- I'm glad you admit that your generalisations are aload of codswollop.

Genealogy / How far back to go to trace your ancestry? [7]

Nope. My Great Grandparents were gypsies that emigrated to the UK from Eastern Europe somewhere but I haven't the foggiest how to find out more.

I never went out last night. I couldn't be arsed so I've got to make up for it. Shame they don't sell Polish lager :( Weatherspoons in Nottingham was the only place that sold it. Great beer.

Love / 5 ways to intimidate/ turn off a Polish or non-Polish men;) [93]

1. Controlling women
2. Not washing, ESPECIALLY DOWN THERE
3. Scroungers
4. Like dtaylor says, clinginess. I don't mind a woman showing she's keen but let me have my own space
5. Sarcasm. I can't stand girls that use sarcasm to make you look thick. "Like duuuuh"

An extra few;

6. Going to the toilet and leaving the door wide open
7. Forcingly farting. If you need to do it then do the lady thing and go to the toilet/outside. Be discreet.

UK, Ireland / Teenagers attack a Polish deli in Trowbridge, UK [27]

This country is getting more and more racist. I predict an eruption at some point. It's the government's fault. It's this mass immigration. Tolerance has its limits. Nobody should blame the migrants but instead they should blame the government. It's not just this Polish restaurant that was trashed up. They're petrol bombing mosques, leaving pigs feet and turd on the pathway to mosques. They're throwing bricks through muslims windows.

Noooooo!!! That's unbelievable. You can't expect a girl to wash, particularly DOWN THERE. How selfish is that???

Oh right, ok then I assume you don't care if a guy misses out on washing his privates then lol...

Haha! Now I know why people are afraid of me :/

I wouldn't say afraid... pfft... afraid of a GIRLLLL?? Pffft :-|

geezuskrist, you've been through a lot

Some of the examples I mentioned I did have experience with, yes. I've been with a girl that clearly lacked attention to her bits in the bath. Have you ever gone down on a woman that hasn't recently washed her pus5y? I'd advise you not to. The same girl was also number 3. A scrounger. I've also been with a girl that went to the toilet and left the door wide open too. That's just dirty.

Now I have some girl that texts and rings me every 10 mins which would come to clinginess. I don't particularly find her attractive either.

None of these are council estate girls. I live no way near a council estate. They're just nice girls on the outside (apart from the clingy one) and dirty on the inside.

Love / Polish men: conservative and structured? [12]

Are polish men as conservative and structured as they look?

Just drop your knickers and if you don't get a positive response then they're gay.

UK, Ireland / How to avoid bad tension in workplace Pole in UK/Ireland [18]

right, all depends probably what skills you've got and workplace where u have to work ( funny innit :) ). Im sociologist with good grasp of anthropology and social science but ( there is always but ...) without proper english, ( :( ) so my knowledge is useless here.
I work in ordinady place with ordinary people ( what a shame :)?! )
Any clue why I am so disrespectfull for my workmates ( they dont know about my Degree of Master of Art but they see me on lunch time with a thick book, all the time )?

I know it may sound stupid but SOME people look at people that cannot speak perfect English as "thick/dumb." SOME people will walk all over these people, they'll giggle, they'll put the blame on you. It's only a minority of people and funnily enough sometimes the area that you are working in is a big factor. The Polish in Nottingham will not get anything like that. Whereas in Blackpool Polish people, always the men not the women, will receive tension.

It's a minority of people in certain cities/towns of Britain. Your English DOES improve IF you are around English speaking people. You pick up on it quick. I used to speak to one Polish guy in Nottingham. He said I spoke too fast and he couldn't understand. Eventually after a few months, he got the grip of it. He mingled in WITH the English.

Love / 5 ways to intimidate/ turn off a Polish or non-Polish men;) [93]

I don't hear it here in Preston/Blackpool that much but I picked it up from Nottingham which is the East Midlands.

"She's a right minger"
"That's f-ing minging"
"Ewww that mings" < I don't use that one.

The word "rancid" is also a commonly used word which means the same as minging.

Life / What do Polish people think of burning the national flags? [58]

I think it is a fun activity to enjoyed by all! It's the most pure expression of our freedom of expression! =D They currently want to ban it in the good ol Nazi USA! If they do I am gonna keep burning flags til i get arrested and appeal it in court!

Flag burning is disgusting. Anyone that bans their own country's flag should be charged with treason.

Life / Do Polish people respect other cultures? [96]

I don't mind Aussies. They're just another country of Brits. The Scottish have more of a problem with the English than the Aussies do. I've met a few Aussies, not many but a few and they were decent. They love our accents ..

The Scottish however, they're fine in English territory. They have nothing against you, they have no problem with the English but in Scottish territory they despise the English. I went to Scotland, Dunfirmline and watched England play someone, I can't remember, it was in 2001. I got my England shirt on and buggered off to the pub. I was only 16 and I got some disgusting looks. My workmate told me to nip home and change my shirt just to be on the safe side.

I can't stand the Scottish anti-English mentality. It's sick. The only decent Scots are friggin Rangers fans due to their unionism.

Love / Will he have an affair with me? [17]

Why can't you just ask him out? Just tell him "we should go out for a drink sometime, are you up for it?"

I wouldn't advise it though. You could create enemies.
