Hi everyone,
I was talking with Mihaw (my Polish friend who lives in Prudnik) and he told me the most famous food business in Poland is kebab shop. I am Malaysian who is working as a chef and also studying in UK and I got this plan of opening a Malaysia restaurant somewhere in Europe.
What do you guys think? Just give me a rough idea and suggestion about opening between kebab and Malaysian restaurant in Poland.
Just imagine Malaysian restaurant serving authentic Malaysia food in Poland. YUMMY!

I dont tend to take a risk in opening a big potential restaurant in Poland. I am planning something more relaxing, place to hang out with family and friend type of restaurant. And one thing i know for sure, Poland is loosing its young generation coz they are mostly in the UK working there.

gonna let u know somthing eyy mate. one thing i learned bout polish girls, they are really strong with their heart. it gonna takes a very2 long time to 'win' them back coz they are really stubborn.
so..just cross ur finger but dont hope too much coz it will break ur heart.
im telling u this coz this is happening 2 me with my ex polish girlfriend who i really love. but when i know its over..it is really over. but no1 knows 1 day she might be crawling back rite?

There will also be home made pizza. smoothies, fish and chips and everything you can get from a fast food restaurant. I will try to survey the market in Poland.
I got two option of location, Krakow because of tourist and Szczein coz of the famous habour there. I got a few Malaysian friends who is working there and they suggest me to open it there.
