Language / Pan/Pani...usage changes for case distiction? [23]

Ok I forgot some grammar rules since I've left PL and I need a refresher on this.
I know you change the ending of a name when addressing someone as pani/pan.
Someone has addressed me as "Pani Natalio..." how would I address them?
If I spoke to some named Ryszard, I'd say Panu Ryszardie....? Ack, that sounds really wrong.

Any help?

Since I left PL at an early age I never really learned about certain things, then I learn about football hooligans and how dumb they are, but then I hear theyre just die-hard soccer fans, then I hear that they are skin heads, and other types of stuff.

So plainly, wtf is a hooligan?

Life / The Polish equivalent of Walmart store? [14]

What is a Polish store thats an equivalent of a wal mart in the states? Growing up I just remember the market and a little super market-type store, but haven't been back in ages so I'm not sure what's new, what's added, etc.

Also I have a question about the internet. What are the different companies that offer cable modem and their price?
