White Rose County,

Hmmm, ya talking to a Lancashire lass here...Red Rose County :) Northerners are far superior to those nasty Southern swine :) But I hope you're enjoying it anyway...

But only very few of us are going to pub on saturday early afternoon to get pissed up as bastards

There were two in my pub on Saturday....unfortunately they had seen better days and look liked they had eaten far too many pies :D...oh well at least their wives dont have any worries of them cheating......

(how's life down south? surely not better than Yorkshire :) )

But I think they have quite high standards. They really do want someone who is the good cook and housekeeper, takes care of herself physically, and spoils them rotten....career is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with the above.

My (now-ex) Polish boyfriend was shocked when he saw how messy my house was. I, on the other hand, felt justified, as I do have a six-year-old. But I wised up and cleaned the place up. I actually like my home more now.

Jezus!....take the blinkers off, it's not only Polish men that have standards...and it's not only Polish women that are house proud - and some of us keep our homes and ourselves to a high standard regardless of having a man round.....

Yeah if you can handle a Momma's boy who wants you to do everything for him as was mentioned above

Hmm, Jonesy..I dont think any woman wants that...

Love / Polish men are more sexy.... [64]

You can't say that the definition of sexuality is inherent in every utterance of English

You are not a fan of poetry then I take it? Some wonderful English poets have written some beautiful romantic prose, the English are romantics at heart it's just a shame a lot of twisted bitter people have just forgotten that or chose to totally ignore it because they are too fixed on something else...

It reminds me that I'm a woman. I love it.

I have easier ways to tell Im a women....

Oh do shut up Poly

mitsuk

The weather in April is mild - a light jacket and shirt / t-shirt would be fine but bring a jumper just in case it gets cooler at night.

The younger generation speak perfect English and the older generation understand, pointing and guestures work wonders ;-)

Just get a loney plant guide book for the pleasantries.

Food is fab and people are lovely :O)

Life / The Change in the Role of Women in the Polish Society [32]

And i am sorry... but i am not of that kind of arrogant guy neither i have enough money to waste around!!!

then you wont have any problems then with "genuine" women.

As the Leper case proved women still have an unfair advantage over their male counterparts for certain work positions.

True, in all countries...

So they are pretty money minded!!!! Whats the percentage like... 30-70 any idea

Who isnt money minded, we all like to earn it and we all like to spend it....

If some dumb ass is stupid enough to think that cash is going to get him a lovely lady then more fool him, the majority of women are not gold diggers! But any idiot that thinks that they can get a woman by flashing their cash deserve to be ripped off and taken for a very very very long ride! Respect gets Respects in return!

Love / Polish men are more sexy.... [64]

1. A lot of Polish guys I know see women quite definitely as sexual objects (as well as people). After a lifetime of liberal crap in the UK, I LIKE being seen as a sexual object! At last!!

2. Their physical expectations of women tend to be high, but they are similarly concerned about their own physical fitness, which isn't a bad thing at all. They are aware that it's important to care about your body - not just allow it to slump in front of the telly into a blob.

3. The distinction between male and female is so clearly defined, and reiterated in every utterance, as it's so embedded in the language. This too I find v sexy.

4. Polish guys don't tend to winge much, as far as I can see. They definitely mostly try to be he-men.

Im sorry but all of the above you can say about any nation, woman are just if not more obsessed about their figures in the UK, you go into any gym and you will see the evidence.

Men are men and like woman to look good, whether they are Polish or not..

Maybe I've been lucky the men I've dated have always done the whole opening doors and stuff (I wouldnt have dated them otherwise!) and they were English.

Whining, all men do it! Polish, English, French, German - they just love a good moan!

Love / "Let's leave beautiful women for men with poor sexual imagination" [150]

Real thing, southern, is real woman. Who is not humiliating herself after the lost game

true

game? Ithough we were talking about love here. Sometimes we humiliate ourselves when love is in the picture.

trueIt all depends on the situation - broken hearted people do all sorts of silly things, personally I feel that its just best for a woman to walk away with head held high

UK, Ireland / Polak moving to north-west England [56]

There is most definitely Pole-hating in England, trust me on this.

Why bother fecking coming then!..

I'm sure an English person can tell the difference between Polish and French speakers.

I very much doubt it.

Sometimes you even astound me with some of the things you say..Oh yeah all you bloody foreigners all sound the same!!!!

He wont have any problems with Pole hating in Manchester either, believe it or not not and I hate to burst your bubbles but we have had large communities of Ukrainian, Polish and Italians in Manchester long before your membership with the EU, hell my brothers best man / best friend - his parents are Polish, no big deal....nothing new.... nothing special...get over yaselves!

two less

two less in England to scrounge benefits

You can give me all the lessons you like, I'm at work and don't have time to ensure that my posts are spick and span and error free, and personally I don't care.....

Oh well if pakis dont like the name they can always go back and live in poverty and inbreed with their cousins and build as may mosques as they like put their toilets facing the Vatican and stone each other to death for smiling at another human being!

You know what Harry most English (even me) people happily lived along side asians for a long time and then things changed..blame your western hating clerics for the way people in the UK feel, because asians changed and that in turn changed the way English people view them, we have nothing in common and I don't believe there is a place in western society for the views that asians have, ffk, they even want over-ride the English judicial system and introduce their own laws....

Or will the country be improved by you being deported soon.

Shame England doesnt do the same...oh hang on a minute it did to some Pakis that had over stayed their welcome, well 2 less is better than nothing!

How's your superb job as English teacher going?

At least its an English person teaching English instead some some Pakis - whos best is "oh deary me" or "init"

pepper her posts with words like 'paki'.

Isn't paki short for pakistani, same as Brit is short for British or in this day an age any 3rd world scum who wants a british pass port!

Life / Polish attitudes towards drinking alcohol [72]

Just as bad in the UK, so much so they are thinking of upping the price of alcohol (its extremely cheap in super markets) - it would seem that kids have nothing better to do than get drunk, I just dont really see this kind of thing when Im abroad, certainly not when I'm in Spain visiting a friends apartment...

maybe you just need to take off that watermelon hat?

Hell no he has been feeding the melon with vodka and has a straw fixed in place ;-)

Never....death would come first.

See what I mean :0)

Getting ur kid used to having alcohol every day is a terrible idea!

You are such a drip, its acceptable in a lot of cultures to allow a child a small (very small) amount of wine with dinner, I think you will find that most kids who are allowed this are not found sprawlled out in the street pissed! I've never seen Spanish or Italian youngers with drink problems.....

Life / Is plastic surgery a large part of Polish culture? [35]

The fruit basket idea is very good. thanks for bringing it up!

Your welcome, companies realise that if the staff are healthy they have less time off sick so a few £/$ a few on some fruit saves $$/££ a year on sick pay or at least contributes to keeping people healthy, unlike some vending machine full of crips (chips) or chocolate

A women I knew also died from this. I don't think it's a safe operation.

I think all ops have risks, the woman i referred to lost 5 stones (70lb) in one week after the op and her heart gave out because of the shock to her body.

Im not again plastic surgery in any way shape or form, if something makes a person feel better then Im all for it...

Yes because they really want to live in the same country as racist t**** like you.

It would appear so by the amount of pakis and africans....but hey hoe I suppose a nice council house and some benefits is better than a mud hut and dirty water! even if they have to put up with some "racist" like me....actually they'd be hard pushed to understand the insults because most of the filth that come here cant even speak the language
