Genealogy / Daughter, 30, disappeared August 25th Warsaw. Stayed in hotel Warszawa Chopin. [21]
i'm afraid there is not much this forum can do fo you, you must sit tight and wait for the news from the police. has she got a cell phone on her? does she speak Polish? as horrible as it is, people disappear everyday in Warsaw and everwhere else, not just toursists but native people as well. it's only been a day, maybe something came up and she couldn't make her flight? this must be very awful for you and i hope your daughter is found safe and sound. best of luck.

with make-up, the golden rules goes: less is more. i see very young girls with pretty faces and flawless skin (makes me jealous cos my combination skin is driving me crazy sometimes, so difficult to find the right cosmetics and foundation to keep it all in check) (sorry for the rant lol) wearing so much slap on that they look like their own mothers! what's the point of that?

oh well i see no point in arguing with you as you and your friends obviously had the taste of the worst girls Poland has to offer. if that is the case, i understand the resentment, bitterness and derogatory comments, but please if you are not intersted in dating Polish women, if you are not interested in learning about Poland and the Polish language, do tell why the hell you're on here apart from wanting to let off some steam. you wanna warn and educate other guys, you on a mission perhaps?
oh and by the way, i feel very sorry for people who have such lovely friends that will try to get in their gf's panties after hearing a rumour that she's supposed to be easy. that's tragic Luke and if this is what's happened to you then maybe changing the crowd you hang out with would sort out the problem of your future gf's being unfaithful. i mean in my opinion, if a girl feels the need to cheat there must be something she's not getting from her partner so she's looking for it elsewhere! so maybe instead of stressing out and being a controlling freak - treat her as you would like to be treated and make sure she's a happy lady. then she won't have the reason to cheat.

Ok thought i'd have a look myself as all this looks a bit confusing lol and i think i got it. Bus 175 to dworzec centralny, train to Olsztyn and bus to Lidzbark Warm - all perfect timing and very frequent in case i miss one of them, phew! Thank you everyone, especially Gość :). I didn't bother with travel insurance, if i land somewhere else i suppose i'll have to let someone know and ruin the surprise, maybe i'll see if i can find any cheap deals. Oh the flights are already booked to Warsaw, only wizzair fly to Gdansk and that's at stupid inconvenient hours, i'd have to rely on family or friends to get back and as i said, this is a surprise. So shhh!!

Whenever I mention to a Pole that I work in X place, they almost always ask me my wage and hours. Such a question would be seen as inappropriate by a British person.

Travel / How to get from Okecie to Olsztyn! [9]
I'm planning to surprise my family by visiting them randomly in October without telling them i'm coming but i need some help. I'd always get a lift when i was going home but i wanna get there all by myself and i don't really know Warsaw. So i need to know the easiest, fastest, cheapest ways of getting to Dworzec Centralny or some sort of coach station as i have heard there is a mini bus service that goes to Olsztyn or Bartoszyce. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please, i'll be very grateful! I will be in Warsaw at around 5 pm and it's in the middle of the week, not a Sunday or a national holiday or anything like that if that helps. Thank you in advance for your help!
