cic.gc.ca/english/ - start here it's actually rather hard to get work permit in canada. you better have a nice nest egg of cash and be able to prove it.. you also basically have to already have a job there.. you have to qualify in other ways too. have fun surfing that site.. it has all the info you'll need. good luck.

well that's what i thought but USA wants to own the base and wants to be able to exlcude poles from it.. by invitation only. i think that's probably one of the major sticking points.

in a title?.. most likely your choice.. seems to willy nilly in english (US version anyway)
in general the 'titles' are not cap but when addressing someone directly it is a nice gesture to do so.
Like in English, the 'and' example I gave. Should the Polish 'i' be capitalised in such places?

you must either be in MA or DC or cool co. IL as one can carry a firearm almost anywhere one pleases.. yes, one needs a permit but that's not a big deal if one has clean record.. i am about to get a lifetime permit. :D :D

i have a bad feeling that Tusk will back out. just a hunch. hope i am wrong. some of this will also depend on how USA deals with PL.. if it's strong arm... PL will not go for it. i think the land (base) ownership is another big one.
