Love / Polish Wedding Ring [4]

You get the wedding ring when you marry, unless she got engaged and married at the same time.
Did you know that in Poland they wear their wedding rings on the right hand, and in the US on the left?
The groom in Poland stands on the left side of the bride, in US on the right.
The couple walk down the isle together in Poland, in US the father walks with the bride while the groom is up there already waiting.

That is correct.

PLN:
The New Polish Złoty is the unofficial name of the current currency of Poland, introduced on January 1, 1995 as a result of the devaluation of the old currency.

In Poland they write the date first, then month, so it would be 2- 02 (Luty) - 07

Złoty is polish currency so you write 1zł.

Here's an article from Polish newspaper about dogs in parks who run without leashes and muzzles and attack children, so they are thinking of making dog parks. From the looks of it, there aren't any yet. But I'll keep on checking for you.

These Poles whot complain about their country, complain about everything: the weather, the traffic, teenagers, politics, economy, etc. Take them to another country and see how fast they will be running back!!

I like your sense of humor Barx. laughing the whole time!! But hey, You say how you feel. Winter drags a person down and everything seems boring, gray and ugly. You need a vacation. You feel trapped with no way out and it's good you let it out of your system by telling us about it. It's not your home-country and it's not that easy to adjust to it.

So take one day at a time. Go back to England and relax and maybe you can convince your wife to come too. And if you don't love her, why agonize, get a divorce. You have to make yourself happy, no one will do it for you.

If you click on "Organizacja" you will find "Urząd Stanu Cywilnego" and under it will be the name of the woman who's in charge of it - Grażyna Nocuń.

You click on her and you will find her room number and telephone. I assume the adress would be the same as the one on the front page, since no other is given.
