What I dont understand is why men paint these images in their head that all women
have to be a certain way. its not like that, then they use those who arent up to
their standards and you see so much hurt. thats what boils my blood more then
anything, because I have had friends who were heavy and they would have given
anything and done everything for these guys whom said the same things.

Love is what we make it, and if you men think love is that way well your going to
be lonely and its going to rust and fall off by the time you want kids!

that isnt directed at all of you , only those select few who think they need beauty
to make sure their genitals stay healthy and want an active sex life.

Yes, it is offending not to us who will post to you, but I feel offended for your ex

Why would you have concerns 2 years and 6 months later and so many nights together? you obviously had no problems continuing with this relationship till someone

mentioned something and acted on it by fear of family thrashing, so you picked up
on something she did wrong and took it to higher levels of distaste by adding that
you are doing fine and she is now in destructive behavior but that could be a result of
your rejection which you arent telling us because then you fear bashing here.

I am so sorry to tell you all that, but my female instincts tell me you were expecting more and let someone else lead you by the nose because to tell you the truth not

Daffy, theres even groups in the united states. I have one cousin whom I dont even
want to claim as mine, who is in a group like this. I found this out thru my searches
for family and he is Polish by our side of the family but also other nationalities, which
I dont know, I can tell you one thing, he has no regard for his own family, I would
never embarass my family that way, making himself known. Ive watched these types
of people and nothing stops them when they are on the move.

Lonestranger, he sounds like hes a really nice young man who is doing some good
in the world by becoming a teacher and has a bright future ahead. thats whats
important :) and some very warm hearted soul be it polish or any nationality will
be one happy lady. The important thing to remember is making someone happy
and not taking advantage of this person and taking the time to really be consious
of the love in your life and not your own problems. because once you make that
one special day happen its no longer mine or hers its" ours" so many forget this

what type of feelings do they have for the United states I wonder? we came in
and bombed the heck out of Germany and my Grandfather in law was one of those
soldiers , my cousins were also there ( many of them) who came in and took over
and in Poland ( I forget the town I will find out) when one cousin who was at one
of the camps said the men were supposed to be happy because they had freed so
many prisoners, and they were not prepared for what they had found once they
arrived. it was horrible, and the moral was low because they didnt expect to see
such horrible sites, men were throwing up and depressed because they had felt
they had come to to late.

and you can ask any soldier who was at these camps like aushwitz how they felt
and they will immediately start crying. soldiers are conditioned to be tough and do
a job, but no one was prepared for what they found.

so bitter the germans are?? again, I ask why? what could they have possibly lost
those who are still bitter, not the whole german population because I know that
not all feel that way, but those who do, what reasons could they possibly have.

MY grandmother in law is German, a war bride, and still has family in Westphalen
she said she as many Germans had nothing against anyone Polish. it was only
those who were directly involved that Hated and didnt even know why they hated
them . all I can say is, if you are like this because you think your supposed to be
then you are sad. no one is the lesser of the human race. What to me is really sad
is that there are still many who believe that hitler was a good man, and that
he did so much for the germans who were obviously blindsided by his words, which

we are stubborn and pretty much say whats on our minds openly and dont hide
anything. but we also like to cook and feed friends and family and i dont know
about anyone else, but I have a big problem making things in quanity and end
up with major leftovers and have to call my brothers to come get it , which I dont
have to worry because they are human garbage cans!

I can understand your frustration, but at the same time, things are changin
rapidly and no one likes change , especially when it comes in quanity rather then

by that I mean, buying up the land and using it for a dump site for instance.

but one thing I can say is, Polish citizens should take initiative to seek answers

salads are good, pita breads, I think you should open a health food (healthy
dining) resturant. lots of people who are on special diets cant eat any of that

cat was named mischief (she held the name well) and tuffy , who played the
violin on my moms screen.

yes, I agree, my family (close) is rather small given so many have passed.

its very hard to keep up with some of the closer relatives. most all of mine
that used to visit are all gone, my cousins, we talk, but they have busy lives to
when I started my family history, I knew nothing of the relatives we had that
were lost over the years due to no contacting, moves etc.

these are folks that knew me as a child, I knew nothing of them. it felt good to
talk about my parents, grandparents that some of them knew that I never knew.

I guess it depends on what you are after. mine was just knowing there is more
to my family then what is seen. growing up, we werent close to everyone, select
few visited, after a while we hardly seen anyone.

at my moms funeral, a majority of family, proposed family, and friends I met along the
way came to her viewing. the support was tremendous. had they not been in my life
and came, very few small number of family would have came, this would have made
me extremely saddened because she (mom) was a gracious woman who touched
many lives, and although she didnt go visit much later in life, all these other relatives
who knew her long time ago, wouldnt have come because they werent notified.

my brothers both thought that there was hardly family left, but when they seen all
those who came and knew out mother, they were very glad that I had connected our
families back since. so yes this does have a impact on me, and my children I say to
them family does matter, you dont have to see them every day, but keep in contact
and let them know how you are doing as well as ask how they are doing. a small
note every now and then goes a long ways.

And working in the health care, you see many older geriatric patients come and
they are very sick , no family comes to see them, and it breaks my heart.
none of its silly, because those who I connect with might be the only one left and if
I can be there for them I will.

on one of my posts " no patient dies alone" my cousin, whom I work with, I found her
via a death cert that I had found in my city with my dads last name as her mothers
maiden name. I contacted her nephew who gave me her number, she and her sister
are the only two surviving cousins of my dad. why would I deprive myself of such
a wonderful cousin as well as a beautiful person she is. and we now are like family
that never lost touch. that is why.

which they can test two people ( current) people and show we are related.

these would be possible family in another state that we made plans on doing this
with, I am having my brother and one male same last name do it.

this I was told is possible. I cant find the paper trail as to many idiots burned all the
good stuff during wars and such. so I have to do the dna linkage to at least
show something. besides we all talk ( this other family) and me, and believe
we are (some of the family photos are uncanny) look alikes. I dont think its a waste
to do that. least I can confirm it and add them in my book.

no, there will never be a totally clear answer, but people do it to see where their
original ancestors started, be it africa, europe, asia etc.

me personally, I am polish, if I was to find out something different, and my orgins
started in africa, its not going to change what I know now.

The truely amazing part of it all is going backwards and finding those who survived
thru it all, endured and here we are today.
