If I was sure that I can do a similar performance on Piccadilly without any problems and paid even 500 quid I would do that. There is definitely something wrong with Poland.

Recently a had a pleasure to chat with a very interesting middle class type ( maybe yuppie type :) ) Yorkshire man about us the Poles. The guy was not a typical The Sun Reader ( or who knows, what is his passion) but definitely he was well dressed man, actually very well dressed man. Couple questions from him just for starter strike me alot and I had no simple quick answer to them, like do we have a TV in Poland? ( no, he was not mocking me, really he was serious about that ) or where we actually are on the map of the Europe?. I am not bother with that sort of question any more but because this guy seems to belong to the better part of British society, work on very responsible position in very well known company ( in my city ) I am just wonder who we have to be worry about these days? I mean we, the Poles!?

Did you know guys that learning from his philosophical potential was paid by simple pleasuring him during the time of schooling? That time a school was available only to males, young enough to start proper education, from 11 +. Young guys were fighting about getting his attention… to get a knowledge of the World of course.

Study / University in Poland is too easy [68]

Wroclaw, how it looks in UK ? who actually study? only upper and middle class know what their future will be and where they are going ( study they've choose )? We have completely different social structure in Poland and unfortantely our ( Polish ) way is too similar to the soviet way of getting knowledge. I think this is changing but... slowly

There were many Jews, especially in the inteligentsia class, who didn`t follow the religious principle in life. They spoke Polish instead of Jiddish, lived in Polish districts, had Polish friends.
They were looked upon with contempt by other religious Jews, that`s for sure.

but they divide people (employers) on simple scale: protestant-catholic. Many times we the Poles goes in that scale directly to the catholic branch, I am talking about access to the work places, without religious backgrounds.

osiol, to be honest u can't understand this movie on your stage of 'polishness'. First we have to get a full translation and make subtitles, after that people like you have to understand what they are saying but because of lack of context I am not sure u will get our sense of humour ( of communist reality )
