there are also lots in the scrapyards , so its cheap and easy to get parts for them...I am told they are quite hard to break...as long as you don,t crash into anything bigger than a rabbit....

Might be an idea...wildrovers roving...a tale of travel around Eastern Europe...Poland , Russia , Belarus , Ukraine , Latvia , Lithuania , Estonia...didn,t manage Moldova as they were having a bit of a riot on the border...some turnip threw a coke can at a Harley , which resuted in a dustbin being thrown at his car...maybe i will go back when they have forgotton me...hee hee....Anyways , always glad to tell tales of my roving if anyone wants to hear about travel through the Baltics...

My friends parents have a shop with the Zabka sign over it , they own the shop , so i guess it must be a franchise thing...no doubt somebody here will tell you for sure....

Yeah they are quite a pest in Germany...not heard of them being too naughty in Poland...the only ones i have seen in Polska were sadly dead ones...oh and bisons bisons bisons...

Lots of raccoons in Poland....as well as Bison bison bison....Incidentally . did you know the raccoons were introduced into Europe by a Mr Herman Goring who thought they would be good to hunt in the German forests....of course they eventually moved into Poland too.....

Yes , this is the stuff with a strand of grass in it...legend has it the grass has been pssst on by a bison...the stuff tastes alright tho....

In the forest..HA......I have the cute piggies in my garden , they take great delight in ripping up the turf to eat the roots of shrubs and stuff , and last winter i nearly walked into one that was poking about in my woodshed...They can be quite aggresive if you upset one , the females are very defensive of their young , and can infict a nasty bite...The male boar have razor sharp tusks that can rip you down to the bone from knee to groin....Don,t mess with them....

I agree....I am an Englishman living in Poland and i accept all that Poland is both good and bad , i have no wish to try and turn it into England....

I am a little surprised that he was the only one executed for cowardice , seems the Americans were a little more humane than The Russians and Germans in this respect....

Its sad , but i suppose they had to make an example of somebody to deter others who didn,t want to fight......
