History / Poland-Russia: never-ending story? [1341]

Truhlei, take it easy. Its the Russki chauvinists that I, ahem, you know what. Not Russian people like you. I know that in Russia there are some good noble people who, for instance, fight for truth about the Katyn genocide. Take it easy, man. Yes, with somebody like you it's pleasure and honour to talk. So let's talk and see how it goes.

Pozdravlayu.

Truhlei, are you actually Russian?

-Thanks, moderator. I apologise to all involved, just in case.

re: Or we can analyze everything only as schwabian-turkish kolbassa

- I was just joking. I hope I wont be kicked out from the forum for that? Don't do that moderator, please. BTW, by the duel I meant a beer-drinking duel. I bet buttburst would drop under the table much earlier than me.:)

re: Bad day today Puzzy?

- Why would it be a bad day, ye fat schwabian-turkish kolbassa?

On the contrary, very successful.

Im gonna visit Poland in October, then maybe drop into Berlin.

Would you like to meet me and set our differences in a good ol' fashion duel?
:)
PS. You can bring Frau Steinbach as your second.

re: one lone american
citizen whos been judged by the puzzler...

- Hm, maybe you should keep silent when there are matters being spoken that you have no clue of?

By the way, its okay to feel anger, even hate, as long as one does not vent them out in a manner very hurtful to others.

But what a hypocrite like you can know about it?

You should be put into prison for these words - if Poland were Poland.

Another Polonophobic racist?

re: Look at your post and realise that you look like best Giertych mate right now and that is the real shame :/

- Really? Why specifically would I ''look like best Giertych mate right now'? Why would it be such a shame to look so?

So you're one of those Giertych-haters? Why do you hate the man so much? Any rational reasons?

And yes, no matter what the stats say, the Poles have a deep resentment towards Russians and 'ukrainians.'

I have never met a Pole disliking the Romanians. Perhaps the politically correct CBOS means the Gypsies from Romania panhandling and stealing on Polish streets? There are scores of them e.g. in London too.

re: your gonna dish it out be prepared to take it !!

- And this I'm not going to forget too. Yes, your attitude is no different than that of a Nazi, such as buttburst. No wonder you defend him so much.

re: you are never going to get out of your own self inflicted

- What right do you have to preach to me like that? Especially coming from a country that has inflicted so much pain on countless peoples? Perhaps that is the reason you dare to talk to me in this vein - to get enforced 'forgiveness' for such as yourself?

re: Even if I remember correcty according to recent research polish dislike the most Germany (which is a shame!)

- Actually, isn't it you who are a shame to this forum? Where did you take it from about the allegedly very negative Polish attitude towards Romanians?

And yes, the Poles honestly dislike and despise the Russians.

More than the Germans actually.

And also we dislike the so-called 'ukranians' - for the unspeakable slaughters of the Polish people in the Eastern Borderlands in 1940s.

You mentioned you were partly ukrainian, didn't you? The ukranians ae very close to the russkies, aren't they?

re: We have a long history of mutual claims

- 'Mutual claims,' indeed? Meaning we Poles have done as much evil to you as you to us?

Another Russki liar?

You should concert your singing with that of a certain aggressive Kraut haunting this forum; he too seems to claim that the Poles have done as much, if not more, wrong to the Krauts as the later to the Poles.

We shall never forget and never forgive.

And personally, I shall never forgive you, Russki beastly murderers, for what you did to my family in 1939.

UK, Ireland / English people attitude towards Poles? [761]

re: She said that most Poles do not like Britain or the people Greg

- Most of Polish people like the English, creep. No matter what this or that 'she' says.

News / Poland's Contribution to the E.U. [56]

re: thats entirely possible.

- Actually, it seems entirely impossible.

We're not sufficiently equipped sexually as a nation to accomplish the task.

Besides, it seems Greg only joked (there's a smiley at the end of his sentence, which you skipped in your quote).

Take it easy, man.
:)

re: It's funny how the majority of people that are complaining about no work and no money tend to come off as complete idiots.

- Have you derived this wisdom from your own intimate experience?

re: we never got around to Jonny Halliday mania though

- Strangely enough you didn't.
:)

By the way, Paul McCartney has suggested that 'Michelle' (which has a French sentence in the lyrics) was inspired by the atmosphere of the French existentialism. The atmosphere was prevalent in the fifities and sixties, also at the parties he attended.

Daisy, they seem to. It seems to go back to Voltaire at least. (He scribbled
some stupid stuff about Milton and Shakespeare though.) And, for instance, don't the French (as perhaps anybody else in the world) emulate English music? Wasn't there Beatlemania in France?

And didn't the Rolling Stones do some of their best music while living in France?

re: The Polish/German relationship is kinda similar [etc]

- Tornado, there's much truth in what you've written.

But I still think that the English and French like each other way more than Poles and Germans like each other.

For example, the English and French admire each other's culture, and consider themselves fellow Europeans.

But many Germans, including leading German politicians, do not seem even to regard us as Europeans....

I call it deep-embedded racism.

By the way, it's interesting, isn't it, that it's the Germans who should define who is European and who isn't?

re: the Scottish generally are friendly towards Polish people

- But is the attitude towards Poles such as teashoggy's also pretty common in Scotland? I don't expect it is, but please tell me honestly.

I'll be very glad to visit. I'll eat Macsweens Haggis and all the other Scottish dishes. And I'll read Robert Burns's divine poetry, such as Tom O'Shanter, and Walter Scott's The Wandering Willie's Tale (from 'Redgautlet') - one of the greatest pieces of story-telling ever.

All the best, darling.

Shawn, I'm sure they will take good care of them. Polish people still care a lot about children. My wife was Polish, so I know. So they're visiting Poland?

re: so its not just Europe in the UK....

- And that's a real tragedy, I think.

Sorry, but I really think so, and am sure my conviction isn't groundless.

The Beatles lyrics come to mind: Boy, you're going to carry that weight....

re: the Glasgow Kiss - basically a head butt (head to head smash)

- Did it leave the Scottish national emblem on the head?
:)
Shawn, you're not angry with me for my anti-Canadian remarks, are you? I really went through a trauma there. I got so f... ill I almost died. I don't have bitter feelings towards all Canadians - not towards sweet people like you. And when I heal up, I'll find a more balanced way of speaking about Canada, I'm sure about it. Sorry, I am unable to cough up more. All the best to you, and other great Canadian friends of Poland like you.

re: Puzzy, the English and the Scots have a lot of history but we love each other really :))

- Is that right? That's good then. I've got the impression of some resentment (I don't mean between you and PolskaDoll), but perhaps it's just superficial stuff, like the seeming adversity between Poles and Silesians?

You're both great nations, complementing each other.
:)

re: Are you saying you wouldn't have warned me about anti-Scottish things if you'd known I was Scottish???

- Well, if you made some anti-Scottish remarks, and I knew you were Scottish, maybe I wouldn't react as in case when the remarks were made by a Polish person? I would at first just respect your intimate native experience and thought that as a native Scot you may have the right to make those remarks.

Then if you continued being anti-Scottish and I sensed strong bitterness behind the remarks, I might object to them presenting facts contradicting your statements.

But I don't know much about Scotland from personal experience. I'm going to visit your country, just as I'm visiting Ireland right now.

All the (real) Scottish people I've met were fantastic. Very friendly towards us Polish folks - I mean very friendly.

One of them gave me a little gift, with a Scottish national emblem on it, and I carry it on me all the time.

re: trying getting out of your Glaswegian borders and blinkers

- I'd be careful about negative statements about things Scottish. That's what this psychopath attempts to provoke us into doing - to make anti-Scottish statements in reply to his hate-mongering.

He doesn't represent the majority of Scottish people. In fact, I doubt if he's Scottish at all (we'll find out anyways, as I have made some steps to identify this creep).

Now, I must say that I encountered types with a similar frame of mind while living in Canada - folks being oh so accomodating towards Chinese, East Indians and similar ones, and, at the same time, being virulently Polonophobic.

He wants attention so he shall have it.
