Surely this is in breach of environmental directives? The government are aware of the problem and will urge local communities to adopt a more responsible attitude towards waste disposal.
That was my attempt at sounding like a politician. I guess I did ok.

I agree with that too. He had a duty of care that he didn't exercise reasonably. He was the proximate cause of the death. Everyone can be afforded but of this scale?

Maybe they are crazy in the UK (Poles) but they are not here. One or two, like anywhere, but the majority are good drivers.

Putin is strong and decisive, I personally like him. Scotland is doing very well under Salmond and Poland well under Tusk. I believe that he was perfect for Russia, he fitted the bill nicely but, sorry, he's not for Poland and Scotland.
