russian is simply slavian language so obviously its similar to many other eastern languages.
BUT its not realy that great of a gateway due to the cyrylic alphabet.

I'm not sure how did you came up with those numbers of yours but your wrong. Your father was 1/2 polish 1/4 scotish and 1/4 british. Then he prolly maried somebody non polish which would make you 1/4 polish.(ah the math classes nobody like them anymore) This gives you quite big chances of your application beeing accepted as long as your father had polish citizenship or you can document upholding polish traditions (speaking polish helps). Obviously all of this will be done in the nearest polish consulate.

I must say tho that I am very intrigued why a typcal british family wants to get citizenship, so what's with you?

I'm a straight person but try to be tollerant towards gay ppl all the time, But I must admit that its a hard job!

The problems is that gay communities have become very aggresive lately.

There is law term for this, its negative privilages. It means that a group of ppl claim they should have special laws based based the fact that they dont have equal chances in life.
