it`s a catch 22 situation. transfer all the work to where it`s cheapest but you destroy the very market to which you want to sell the products back to.

if the so called rich western consumer has no job then then i`m afraid the lcd tv and new car will have to sit rusting at the docks. in the end the companys are cutting there own throats.

As far as I understand the fees have gone up by 1000% and are now at a level which makes the lo-cost model unworkable for Poland. It's very suspicious that this action is only taken after LOT's lo-cost operation went under.

yes just read the same, a 1000% is quite a rise and a very good point about lot.

Would any of you agree with this?, or was it more of an attack on a western target,

all westerners are targets but those with troops within afghanistan will probably be more at risk.

chris ryan (ex sas and bravo two zero) has a new program out called the worlds elite police. in one episode he trains with and then goes on a mission with B.O.A the elite polish police unit.

he says of all the units he filmed with they were the nearest to the sas training and operation wise. they also looked a mean set of guys who you wouldn`t want to mess with :-)

but dont the SAS recruit from the royal marines or the paras?

soldiers from any regiment can apply for selection. the royal marines also have there own sf troops the sbs. the royal marines are part of the royal navy and not part of the army.

seanus the udr was part of the british army before it was disbanded.

chris ryan joined the ta sas (23) and went on to serve in the gulf war (the one that got away).

as wyspi says even in the airforce. he needs to sort out the nationality bit first though. but if he`s going to uni the territorials is probably the best way or has someone has said sponsored through uni then serve the time.

there are lots of fijians,aussies (one killed recently in afghanistan)sth africans in the british army.
bart poland in the commonwealth sounds good :-)

there are two territorial sas regiments as well (21 and 23) but the nationality once again will be a problem.you could always get poland to join the commonwealth :-)
