You are right. I don't think polish in general are racist in aggresive way it is more curiosity.

My mum knew couple : he is vet from africa his wife is polish. She comes from small town near Krakow. I think they married about 10 years ago. When he first visited her it was a little shock in this town.But I think their love, commitment was so strong that they married ,have 2 children. He works as a vet, speaks good polish. He likes animals and is good vet so he has ever so many customers. People like him, respect...

But I suppose to do these comparisons correctly we should compare similar properties in similar locations.
In Krakow I think 2 bedroom flat ( in our polish description 3 rooms ) can vary from about 150 000- 300 000- I am not so sure But it depends on locations and if it sit old or new property. Again Which town in Australia or England can we compare to Krakow or Zamosc?

In England prices drop going north from London but again I suppose big towns like Manchester, Newcastle...are still quite expensive.

I liked going out when I was in my 20 -ties.

Hsaid that he was recruited by agency in England he finished with them some course

Yes its a shame some Polish people dont get out and about i work with many but getting them out and bout can be quite hard work.They seem to enjoy having there own house partys with there fellow housemates but i suppose they are saving there money hard while paying bills food etc and going out now days is quite costly.

I think it is difference in our cultures- I don't think that polish go out as much as british.
We do but less often I suppose.

I was reading somewhere -I don't know how they count it- that British eat more out than at home.( I suppose these included take aways).

I sometimes open our polish ONET- some people there are so horrible. I would not say that they are really good representation of our nation.

The best for you- come to England for few weeks, months and see how you would feel.

I didn't have much problems to find a work here similar to what I was doing in Poland - working in a Bank.

Your English is good I don't know what is your education or work experience but you shouldn't have much problems to find work.

To be honest during my interviews noone judged me by my nationality but by experience, education.

I applied for visa about 7 years ago- I got 10 years touristic visa. I brough with me all paperwork showing that I was independent in Poland - my flat ovnership deed, confirmation from my work about slalary, bank statements. They are afraid that too many polish people will go to USA stay for longer work without paying taxes.

But it has changed now- it is better to look for legal work in Europe, and yes USD seems to be quite weak now.

In oz land if you have no conscience you become a real estate salesman.. I carn't understand that in poland real estate agents can act on on behalf of the seller and the purchaser (what about conflict of interest)????
