I have had Harp, Guinness, Smithwicks and Kilkenny (such an Irish name LOL), and Baileys of course, but where I am at, the wheat beers started to mashroom and it is a nice alternative for something lighter in the summer, with a piece of fruit.

Chech beers are of a good quality for sure.

Thanks for the photos and the recipes Revoke. I think I will be cooking soon and have my friends over for the Irish night:).Thank God we have tarragon here:)

For Aphro, its bascially white cabbage (or I like it with leaks too) and mash potatoes.

sour or plain? Sounds very yummy. My grandfather used to make one with sour kraut, some veggies, and mashed potatoes, plus some sour cream. Heaven!!!

all of them LOL. I am always looking for new recipes and I will never miss the opportunity to learn more. You don't have to provide the recipes since I can google them, but maybe a little description and a bit of Irish customs to spice it up will be a good idea:).

Is there any good wheat Irish beer BTW? In the summer this is all I drink. Burp;)

You're an outsider so why get in to the politics of Ireland, you dont really have any business doing so. Sorry to sound harsh but its the truth. We have a saying in England, never get in to discusisons about politics and relgion, it only causes arguments.

that is harsh. He has the right to do whatever he wants to do Shell, we live in a free world, unless this has been my understanding.

I have rocked the boat many times with papers (had comments printed) and I am happy about it, so I don't agree with you;).

That is how things change, slowly but surely.

Love / From a Turkish Man! What I heard about Polish girls from my friends :) [53]

when i looked at this thread i did have a little chuckle to myself, it reminded me of those Turkish guys who entertain our middle aged British women who go to Turkey on holiday to find themselves a toy boy. hahahahahaha, yeah the Turks are really hard to pull if your a woman, well even half a woman.

1.this has been going on around the world since the vacation package has been invented, where older, fairly well off women from Western countries interact with the local male population, who is younger.

2. there are also older men going on vacation to Asia and having sex with teenagers/children, which I think is actually worse
