does the name Smaicovski exist?

My mother's grandfather had this name. I think he was from Krakow. Do you know something? Did I spell it correctly? I think he mentioned one time that in a big city in Poland there is a cemetery who is named like this.

Maybe try Smajkowski?

There was 1 person named Szmakowska (feminine of Szmakowski) living in the Radom area during the last census. Other than that, nothing similar to what you wrote can be found.
