needs the rule of law

So why doesn't the TK obey it. Issuing illegal rulings violates the law.

Exactly as happy Poland is to have the first unicorn reserve in the world (scheduled to open soon, according to some news sources).

you can laugh all night long and plus all day long but, that what Serbia can do for security of Poland, Britain won`t be able even in a 1000 years and not even in 1001 nights.

What Britain offering to Poland? Salvation in suicide?

On the contrary to you, we Serbians are quite sophisticated. We just inform world that we Serbians have interest that Poland strengthen and prosper and we get it same as child get chocolate, meaning, at least eastern borders of Poland are secured. Hopefully you Brits won`t betray, which wouldn't`t surprise me, and attack Poland from the west.

Do you seriously think that these 76 pages here are a joke? Look at any Polish newspaper site.

And it's started to spread outside Poland too.

All we ever hear about with PIS is about individuals.

With them, it's often about trying to settle old scores.

Polish pro-democracy marches

But since there are the marches so there must be democracy.

Obviously there weren't ever any pro-democracy public protests before 1989, were there, Wulkan....

Not a single one. Perhaps Lech Wąłęsa scaled those gates because he'd lost his keys, perhaps all those monuments were nothing but a myth.

In Poland the ONLY person who will DECIDE on everything for everyone is the Prezes (Jaroslaw Kaczynski). No one else. He is the ONE who has more power than the Prime Minister or the President of Poland.

Democracy is alive and well in Poland - ONE person decides and everyone has to do his bidding.

trying to settle old scores

Nobody is trying to settle old scores more than the resentful, embittered KODists. They want to dislodge those now in power and return to the trough. Have you ever heard a single KODist say: "Well, we've had 8 years of opportunties and made the most of them, so maybe it's time someone else enjoyed some of the perks of benefits of III RP?" Not on your life. The losers want it all, now and forever. Amen!

pro-democracy public protests

The KODists are not promoting or celebrating democracy as they claim but are a vindictive lot out to reclaim what they believe is inherently theirs and theis alone -- the perks, privilges and kickbacks of power.

Stalin also organised huge marches for peace, but we all know that to him "peace" was whatever favoured and promoted the interests of the Soviet side. Look beyond the façade of high-sounding slogans and you'll see the true face of a KODist: resentful, vindictive, embittered, frustrated and prepared to undermine his own country to promote his own, selfish, personal itnerests.

KOD

Kukiz wrote to Kijowski on Facebook: "Mr Kijowski -- At least bring your kids some sweets back from the USA. Tell the Congressmen that because of the lack of democracy in Poland you cannot afford to financially support your progency. They will help you and you'll manage."

Kukiz then followed it up wtih another entry: "Sorry for my previous comment. Mr Kijowski actually is quite a family man He took his wife along to America but I don't quite know which one. But he didn't have to. A really fine chap!"

Kukiz's comments pertained to an article saying Kijowski took his wife to America for KOD money.

An excellent way of getting a cheap sworn interpreter on the mission.

Personally I really am enjoying all of these attacks on Kijowski, most of which of course come from 'news sources' funded with money stolen from SKOKs, they show how increasingly afraid the PIS lovers are of the defenders of democracy!

Kijowski

American journalist Matthew Tyrmand asked about Kijowski in Freedom House, assuming that his fame had preceded him, but it turned out nobody there knew anything about him. Contrary to the build-up Kijowski's propagandists gave him in Poland, at Freedom Hosue he took part in a very modest, low-key meeting.

According to Tyrmand. "President Duda left an extremely good impression. His presentation at the CEPA think-tank was good and well received. The journalists in attendance could see this was not what they had expected. He displayed no radical views and was open to discussion.

Considering the nature of the CEPA and Atlantic Council circles, Duda was definitely in enemy territory, according to Tyrmand, but he demonstrated great skill and deftly counteracted the anti-Polish narration

funded with money

Some prefer news sources funded by shadowy Soros empire. Each to their own!

Interesting to see that the lie about Kijowski not having been invited by Freedom House has been dropped now. Good to see that the attacks from the PIS lovers on Kijowski are still going on. More please, more!

Isn't it interesting. The constant lies and disinformation on each and every topic, not just from PiS-ite trolls here but also from PiS itself and their supporters in real life can seem relentless at first, however they always get caught out in their lies.

No wonder tens of thousands of ordinary peop e come out on the streets for the Polish pro-democracy rallies.

constant lies and disinformation

KOD is second to none in the lie, distortion and disinformation department. They have created a distorted legend claiming themselves to be the paragon of civic virtue and potrtraying the PiS government as evil incarnate. Right there we know they are lying because things are never quite that black and white!

Yeah, PiS can't even do a good job of being evil incarnate. PO was much more efficient even at that!

The KODists

The KODists are not content to chant and rant in the streets but have resorted to snitchery and involving foreign countries in Poland's internal affairs. They are not

harming the PiS government which continues to function and legislate apace. So far the economy has not been affected and is turning over nicely. Teh country is in the top-sehlf GDP bracket. The złoty has strenghtened from over 4 zł = $1 not long ago to 3.76 zł at present. But continued behind the scenes KOD machinations may lead to ratinn being lowered and that is what will scare off investors. It is the KODs, Schetynas, Petrus and other assorted Michniks that will bear the blame for harming their own country motivated by their own selfish reasons -- the desire to reclaim the power, perks and privileges they claim are rigthfully theirs and theirs alone.

That's exactly what the PZPR used to claim about the opposition movements back then, too.

The reality is that PiS tried to go to the American Senate too.

Find a winning formula? Stick with it!

(except that the formula is quickly seen through by all but the most gullible and desperate).

That's exactly what the PZPR used to claim about the opposition movements back then, too.

they claimed that sky is blue and grass is green - so what? After all Louis Armstrong sang about it as well. Would all those people who are talking about a blue sky or a green grass are PZPR by definition or are they black American artists or both? Your illogical claims are naught but BS.

If you put your mind into something worthwhile instead of squandering your potential on fun, mischief and chaos it would do you good.

resorted to snitchery and involving foreign countries in Poland's internal affairs.

Indeed being a willing and a kin tool of the foreign involvement in pressuring Poland into things that are against national interest is not something a decent human being let alone a responsible citizen would applaud.

Those who are making a step forward on their path to act against Polish national interest by actively seeking foreign protectors and by defaming and slandering their own country can be righty condemned as a treacherous spawn their are. They are harmful to all Poles and to their own country.

Delph in the light of the above your constant effort to defect a sting of the truth from those miserable, pitiful souls as well as your staunch defense of such practices can be only seen as a malicious act. Since you know better one has to wonder what a stake do you have in this fight?

Interesting to see that the lie about Kijowski not having been invited by Freedom House

Grow up! KOD and others were laying bucket loads about his trip to USA that once a one lie has been debunked and then another, people started to peel that particular story like an onion. It is possible ( I don't know) that someone went one layer too far and you are making much of to deflect any criticism you are due for support that you have lent to all those lies told about Mr. K and by Mr. K and on the behalf of Mr. K before the truth came to light.

that once a one lie has been debunked

Except it wasn't a lie and therefore couldn't be 'debunked'. For all the whinging and whining from some frankly nieciekawy people here who wish it wasn't true, the leader of the polish pro-democracy movement was invited by Freedom House to Washington for a very successful visit.

Straw-clutching or what...

very successful visi

Very low-key courtesy call is probably an apter description.

Yeah, right, all the publicity here in PL, the official visits over there and Freedom House of all people organising the whole thing.

Very low key.........

At least he didn't have to sneak out of the back door, like kaczynski at Chatham House in London to avoid facing the sheer number of Poles protesting outside

Very low key, he only met the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee and former Presidential candidate.

The thing is, that supporting curent Polish goverment is against Polish national interest.

PO were liars and thieves. PiS are retards and vindictive. The idiots from PiS goverment must be kept in check, so they don't destroy Poland with their political analfabetism. So the protests in defence of democracy are needed here. PiS is trying to centralize it's power (just look at what they are doing with judicary branch), so while now we still have democracy, we shouldn't just let them do what they want, unless we wake up one day in another PRL.

Nationalists should open themselves to see the truth, even i they don't like it. Current Polish goverment's actions are working against the interest of Polish country and it's people, despite what their propaganda tries to tell people.

The stake in this fight is a strong, independent, and rich Polish country. Something PiS says they try to do, but they do it the way a 5 year old child would try to run country. I am a patriot and Pole and i am against PiS. Their ideal is right wing ruled dictatorship, when they are the only one who decide what is right and what is wrong, accordin to their whim, even if in their delusions they think it is the best for Poland. Poland is democratic, secular country, and goverment's job is to represent every single citizen in it, not only the ones that voted for them. That is not democracy.

And btw, looking for foreign support against harmful regime in your country is not always an evil or treacherous thing. Just look at colonel Kulinski. He opposed the rulling Polish goverment and he is a hero.

So the protests

Protest all you want but if you slander your own government to foreign powers and in foreign newsletters you are a traitorous scum that jeopardies vital interests of Poland.

Except it wasn't a lie

He hasn't had an appointment with Obama and that was the first lie they have been exposed. All lies and videotapes.

He hasn't had an appointment with Obama

He never said he was making a presidential visit. Just a high profile visit organised by the respected and prestigious Freedom House, which is true.

if you slander your own government to foreign powers and in foreign newsletters you are traitorous scum that jeopardies vital interests of Poland.

So falsely praising a bad government is somehow better?

All the propaganda churned out by the Michnikites and replicated by the NYT and kindred media can work wonders in the brain-washing department.

Kijowski

Has Kijowski finally provided the child maintenace on the 3 kids he fathered or not? At last count he reportedly had 80,000 zł arrears. Insides say he is often seen boozing it up in pricey Warsaw locals and is known to have spent the money raised by KOD on his junket to the USA, but what about the maintenance?

provided the child maintenace

Is that all you can think of? Such issues are a matter for him, his spouse and the divorce courts. Is he in prison for non-payment? No.
