My Polish neighbour is really attractive

I currently live across the road from a young polish family.

The man works nights and the lady is in the house looking after the young daughter, I do think she is cheating on him as I've seen people coming at all hours and then the curtains been closed. Which is out of character.

Do I stand any chance with her she does come across friendly and is a nice person from what I gather.

What can I say and do to show I'm interested

Say: You are a disgusting and immoral slut. Can you take care of me before your husband figures it out?
