[Moved from]: Help for Poland's homeless

Now, Poland's most desperate can get the help they need, once they register electronically:

The Polish newspaper, 'Dziennik Gazeta Prawna' has reported the Polish Ministry of Employment has spent forty-nine million PLN on setting up an internet portal to provide help for the homeless. Thirty-eight million PLN of these funds has been provided by the European Union.

A good idea and the new Dowod Osobista (where nobody has an address printed) will remove some of the stigma of having one without an address on.
