I am a resident of India. I am planning to work in Poland on work permit. I am a IT professional. I have sponsore for my work permit. Can you please help me in answering following queries:

a) Can I visit all the countries in Europe with my Poland Work permit.

b) Can I work in all the countries in Europe with my Poland Work permit.

c) Can I switch my job in Poland or other countries in Europe

d) Is there any condition for my dependants(wife and child) to accompany me in Poland.
Is there any condition like I need to be in Poland for 2 yrs., only then my dependants can join me.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Ad a) . You can travel only in Schengen Area, and also you can be there only till 3 months --> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schengen_Area

Ad b) . No you can not, you can work just in Poland, if you want work abroad, you have to have work permit

Ad c) . I do not understand the question, what do you mean?

Ad d). They can come with you, also if you get temporary residence card, they will also get this.

Wish you good luck,
Alicja V.

c) Can I switch my job in Poland or other countries in Europe

As Alicajav answered all your questions other then switching your jobs. You can switch only once the other company is ready to do all paper work for you and then you can change in Poland. Out other european countries you need to go through the smiliar process of getting a work permit the way you got from India to Poland. The company has to sponsor you for work permit.

What is your profession ? If you don't have any specific skills or experience it is really difficult to find a job not only in Poland but also in many other countries these days.

And honestly what you have said so far don't make sense, as far as I know to get a work permit here you need to find the job in advance and the company must declare that they intented to hire you.

"Daddy, Id like you to meet my new husband, Santhosh" said Magda as she clutched onto her new Dior handbag.

Good job she's not very good at recognising fake tat! ;0)

Try UK, Ireland or America.

The reason they're going to Poland is because they cant get into the UK..looks like the new points based system is working ;0) Shame they find wives so easy, this does enable them to get in!

1)

can i marry her in poland on visit visa

2)

hi ... if i get work permit for poland .

3)

i will get work permit for 1 year

So the first option failed? Maybe if you get a work permit you can find another potential wife while you're there...

I imagine its the same as in many other countries, find a university that does what you want, ensure you have the correct entry skills, the right amount of money in your bank and then apply for a student visa.

Hi, I am Mitu from Bangladesh

I would love to work in Poland

I would advise against it - terrible country, full of racists. People here just can't appreciate all
the benefits that muslim immigration brings to the host countries (and I doubt they ever will.)

By the way - how can you fit 158 million people (a population 20 million larger than
that of Russia!) in a country smaller than Tunisia? Just curious...

Bangladesh

...twice as bad as that!

Sorry, folks - you're not getting into Poland.
