History / Slavic vs Germanic thinking.... and the philosophical differences [251]

I attribute instability of slavic women to their slavic soul.

I searched for the data that could indicate that there is some instability. I tried with the incidence of big psychiatric illnesses, specifically bipolar disorder and major depression. General stats show that prevalence of big ones is similar everywhere. Depression seems to be more the illness of the West (but there we have problem differentiating reactive from endogenous depression, their codes are the same, I think that that difference is caused by environmental factors and diagnostic practice).

Bipolar is slightly more often seen in Slavic world, which suggests that moodiness might have innate nature.
This is a very shaky and problematic hypothesis and has idiosyncratic purpose, I had to explain that to myself somehow.

But I also think it's just a problem of having that stupid soul I would gladly sell /give away if there would be some devil to buy it :))

General passivity as a feature is what you describe as lack of expressed will?Or the negation imperative?Nechatsiu.Nechci.

I think that problem with the will is both nurture and nature problem.
From what I have seen I can conclude that many the members of Slavic nations don't impose strict rules or harsh discipline on their kids like their counterparts.

Our kids behave like the rulers of the world.
I was watching the reaction of one Danish couple on the beach while they were observing ordinary Serbian kid routinely ruining his toy (some water gun).

The kid was yelling, singing while splashing the water surface with the toy until it fall completely apart. The couple was annoyed until that moment, noise he was producing was quite unpleasant. But when the mother of the kid started to comfort the boy who was screaming because the toy is finally broken, trying to calm him down employing half of the beach to search for the parts of the toy in the water he just destroyed , the faces of that Danish couple changed to shock.

In Germanic ! countries I didn't hear many sounds produced by kids.

I think that it could be the case with all Slavs, but for Serbs I heard that they have this reversed type of authoritarianism. While authoritarian Westerner obeys the rules even when they are ridiculous (or harmful) and nobody can see him braking it, Serbian authoritarian type of personality will brake the rule just to brake it.

What I meant to depict with those examples is that will as a word appears mostly in sentences that show lack of it.

I will end this novel disagreeing with everything written above.
NEĆU!

History / Slavic vs Germanic thinking.... and the philosophical differences [251]

Slavic soul or German spirit maybe?

They don't like the dusha concept, Geist is more adequate.
Slovenska dusha and
Deutsche Geist ( deutsche Seele sounds like a perversion for them probably too)
Same with the Slavic spirit, I heard for that expression but I don't know the content of it. Does it have any meaning my Slavs?

Well, I like to swim and drown in the Slavic soul, warm and cosy place, but I also like to take/give orders from the German Geist (that is in the domain of sexual fantasies of course :))

I like that German emphasis on the will , Slavic concept of will is quite empty.
I usually hear it within some kind of negation:
" Nemam volje"- I don't have the will (willingness)
" Izgubio sam volju" - I lost the will (like car keys, irrelevant object)
.....

I think that insisting on the will is making them more resistant to problems Slavs usually solve using alcohol.
Germans develop that way high frustration tolerance, while Slavs in the meantime develop cirrhosis.

So, some combo is the best.

If we don't refine or redefine the starting question then you know my answer.

Love / POLISH GIRLS... wake up and prove you are respectable.... [135]

People - women or men - are 'always' required to have qualities other than material possessions. Money is often used as a patch where the real values are missing.

What other qualities you had in mind?

I heard somewhere that Belarus, has that prefix (possibly wrong, the source is not so reliable, drinks a lot:)), is an old word for the west used by Old Slavs, that would explain Belarus, as western from russia, also Belgrade (Beograd) would be some city in the west for our eastern Slavs. (belo = west, according to that source).

Crow should know, or lodz.

That is how they told me.

What opposition? :)))

News / Pubs in Poznan kick out Roma? [256]

Am I now a Nazi? ...just to make sure...

Don't worry ;)

you don't have to lose your identity in order to integrate.

That is not possible if we use the same definition of integration.

What constitutes their identity?
1.
2.
3.

How is that identity preserved with integration? What is left of those 1.,2.,3.?

who live on the fringes of our societie

I agree with you. Hard lives.
But... unfortunately that is part of their identity. it's same everywhere.

History / How Polish history is viewed by other countries textbooks [124]

Chopin is 100% Serbian!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that Crow loves Poland more than average Pole :)), so I think that he would give his serbian kidney if necessary (market price falling at the moment) to prove that Chopin was nothing else but Polish (100% at least), because on the end it would lead to the conclusion that he was 100 % Slavic, and you know what that means. ;)

For me he was Polish. That is how we learned about him in school. The French part was mentioned but in a blurry way.

Language / Polish or any Slavic language key to any other Slavic languages? [126]

значи овде могу да користим ћирилицу и српски језик и ви ме разумете??

Јеееееееееееј :)))

Одакле сте Lyzko и Kowalski87?

Иначе не користим ћирилицу, само латиницу.

I had Russian in school, 8 years that torture lasted, and when in opportunity to talk to Russians, it was always more useful and practical to talk in Serbian and hope that they will understand me.

Difficult language for me too.

Kowalski87

Did you have some problems with mixing those shared characters which are referring to different consonants in Cyrillic alphabet?

да ли ме разумеш када ти причам на српском, интересује ме пошто знаш и пољски и руски да ли ти то помаже да боље разумеш српски?

поздрав!

News / Polish cleaner blows the lid on 'dirty' Germans [124]

you think it's telling that the stereotype about the "clean" Germans isn't true because they hire someone to do the cleaning?

Germans have a special definition of being "clean", they insist more on some kind of total order or cosmos, than on typical aseptic ( not noxious) clean like others ( at least me) do.

They are evil, but they are clean.

Hi Bratwurst, I missed you ;)

Love / Why are Polish women so sexy ? [390]

Southern the middle one is disproportional.
The first one too, but in a more than a desirable direction.
That one is a Balkan dream. I will confirm it.

This is a harsher polish look however approved.

why is this harsher look?

I really have some perfectionism issues unresolved, or it's just Belgrade average that is messing things up.

This is what I would call hot. (Literally!)

Nice one. She is a teasing type. Something nice from you finally, I was scared after that make up video you posted here.
That woman from the "how to look like a slut" vid would have frequent suicidal ideas here, she would be a virgin still, and this behavior ....trying to look like a slut would be interpreted as a serious distortion of reality requiring professional help.

Silicones.

For some unknown reason men here like more!!!! silicons than even slightly hanging natural big ones.
So many women after brave fight with gravity usually after age 30 add implants to naturally bigger boobs so they can look firm and standing like again.

This Polka has wild intentions.

Perfect material for all the things your regular girlfriend doesn't want to do with you ;)

Love / Why are Polish women so sexy ? [390]

Typical polish girl.Slavic extreme.

This one is sexy. I'm not an expert for female examples, but I like her.
We have those types too. She could pass as a local girl here. But too much make up. It would place her directly to rural /slutty category with unrealistic ambitions.

Cutie.

Po polsku / Młodzi polscy prozaicy - kogo polecacie? [66]

Myślałem, że Serbowie mają swój język, ale teraz widzę, że Serbski to tylko "mispronounced Polish". ;)

Da , mi Srbi nemamo ništa :P Moramo (must) da krademo (to steal) i jezik :)))
Ako krademo to nikad neće biti Sloveni :)))

Mislim da si se zbunio (confused) i hteo da kažeš da je poljski loše izgovoreni srpski ;)

Nije važno ko krade kome, super je da se bar malo razumemo posle toliko godina (or it's more close to leta in polish, years)! :D

Jak to jest na srpskom (po serbsku)? Podobnie do rosyjskiego "wriemia"?

slièno je ruskom, kaže se vreme (time), vremena (plural for time)

Po polsku / Młodzi polscy prozaicy - kogo polecacie? [66]

No cóż, w starych dobrych czasach, elity rosyjskie (podobnie jak polskie) znały francuski
i porozumiewały się między sobą w tym języku. Dzisiaj, obawiam się, jesteśmy skazani na
angielski ;

Hej Torq:)
Na srpskom:

U starim, dobrim ?, ruska elita (pa i poljska) je znala francuski i sporazumevala se među sobom na tom jeziku. ???, su govorili/kazali na engleskom.

I understand the meaning although some! words are unknown.

Love / Why are Polish women so sexy ? [390]

Polish women use make up effectively though it provides them cheap look by western standards.

I noticed that trend also with some Russian girls, I think its a quite deliberate attempt to achieve a cheap look, aiming directly to the male basic drives. Provocation. usually very successful.

Here that is not allowed. Like many other things. Men usually like this "discrete" or no make up at all. Practical reasons mostly. They hate to eat it, bad taste.

Life / Is parity the answer for Polish women? [262]

Ok the man is ridiculing the idea of equality. I do not know the circumstances which inspired him to write this story, but it is more than clear that this fantasized equality he doesn't see as charming :)) The problem is that the idea is pushed to the absurd, equality no one imagines in a similar way (maybe i'm missing some valuable information from there). I'm not really familiar with your local events that provoked such a reaction from the writer (it is a protest)

I'm some kind of leftist, but equality that I'm thinking of has to do only something with the distribution of goods. I also do not like equality in each possible aspect not just because its unrealistic but because it's unfair and produces unjust.

To summarize ... great story, beautiful critique of an Utopian system and its ideas, perfectly satirical.
I especially liked the interference of the brain functioning of the gifted ones, because it could really be conducted in a similar way. And it probably is, in many ways.

Thanks for the story!

Why women cannot compete with men in the same leagues?

I think that women have better verbal abilities in average and men logical and numerical. So they could win if they verbally interfere with men logic during a game as they usually do in reality :))

Differences exist. But I really don't see why not.

News / Why is Poland developing so slowly or in the wrong direction? Who is responsible ? [317]

poor starving Serbs belong to the image of every bigger german town streets...

No but they are that lost, I saw them there and I ran away. They are like zombies.
They sure are not rich. Their kids are uneducated and belong to the bottom of your society.
Thankfully I am in position that I don't have to think with my "feet".
Serbia, you have to love it ;)

What mess?

Didn't your Angel recently have some remark about multiculty success in Germany.

for a better life, we lure them because we ARE a functioning, better country. So much for your nationalistic pathos. They give a sh'it about you!

Yes, and they worked like idiots to achieve nothing. They are not belonging here, they are not integrated there. They left as uneducated and now they are coming here from time to time even more culturally deprived under wunderbare German life conditions.

I am distancing my self from them without any problem. Traitors fuj ;)

News / Why is Poland developing so slowly or in the wrong direction? Who is responsible ? [317]

Serbs (Serbs in Germany, Srbi u Nemaèkoj) are the third largest group of foreigners in Germany, they were numbered 568,240 in 2003.[1]

There were 424,037 people with Serbian citizenship living in Germany in 2008.[2] They are located mostly in the regions of Berlin, Bremen, Munich and Stuttgart.

Those people left Yugoslavia in 70 is. Your unfortunate policy to take the cheap labor from us, Greeks, Spanish people got you into that mess.

They were that uneducated that they couldn't find a proper job in a SOCIALIST country :)))

They are your citizens now.
Smart ones didn't have to migrate to Germany, they found their way here.
Oh yes, old Yugoslavia had a policy of exporting sociopaths, when somebody commited his first crime he was with his passport escorted to the border to the West.

So, smarter and more educated members of ex Yu nations never inclined to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, just USA and Canada.

I mean they were selecting brighter and highly educated people in last decades.
