a/c gets more expensive with a 2 stories house and 2 a/c units...
How much is your homeowners insurance? Can get very expensive.

when you have 4000 sq feet house... or like living in igloo/sahara conditions...
even with 115F outside, i don't pay that much...

i remember my girl friends in 8th grade. we all were petite, some a bit taller than others, with long hair, no make up, no tips, no boobs, no pear-shaped bodies. we were just kids.
and then, 10 years later, i saw 8th grade girls, tall, big, overweight, huge boobs, huge asses, too much makeup and tan, little clothing, hair - no comment...
yes, it used to be different.

as for a work/business related visa to the US, you have to find an employer who is willing to hire and sponsor you, this employer has to prove that only you are good for this job and no American can do that better than you. And also, most important, you need to have a diploma from a grad school.
