Food / Typical lunch in Poland? [50]
It's the 10:00am work break. So usually something a little more substantial.
It's the working hours that dictate meals. Factory workers and office workers keep different hours. I'm speaking from the point of view of the factory worker.
Isn't this usually a cake of some sort?

I disagree with all the above.
1. a light/quick breakfast
2. 10:00am second breakfast. could be a sarnie.
3. Some people finish work at 14:00 so no lunch. They eat when they get home.
4. an afternoon meal
5. supper, anytime in the evening.
The Polish are famous for 'second breakfast' an no-one mentioned it.
I disagree with all the above.

Genealogy / How hard is it to get a Polish passport? [74]
It's OK I understand. Your six month old child made a decision to take Polish nationality and just went for it. All this despite his father's better judgement.
Lady in red, you might have to surrender your British passport before getting a Polish one. You can then re-apply for your British passport.
National service doesn't apply to women and if you are in trouble with the police it's the law of the land that dictates what happens not your passport.

This seems a strange thing to say. Didn't you have to sign the documents on behalf of your son.
My eldest son got a Polish passport when he was about six months old and had never even been to Poland. Anybody of Polish origin can have one but what for?

An honest answer might be: The Brits let the Polish in, the money is good, there is a network of people who help eachother out, the Polish have been there for a number of years, British buisness likes to make a profit.

Impossible to answer. Many pupils do extra lessons. You might have four lessons one day and six the next. You might start at 8:00 one day and 9:00 the next. It depends on your age and school.
A standard week would be thirty hours.

There are 113 women for every 100 men in Wroclaw. Also, 1/7th of the city is made up of students. Result: Many hot babes. By your calculations 'southern' that would be: 10,000+ hot..................
But in fact , as 'freebird' mentions, it is all according to taste, and I have seen many beautiful people in and from many different countries.
