News / Are Polish People Being Discriminated Against? Problems getting a US visa. [258]

If USA demands
visas from Polish citizens, we should also introduce visa system for Americans

There were visas to Poland. In 1991 I visited Poland in April and had to get a visa, a month later they abolished them.
I know several people from Poland who got 10 year visas and return back. I heard it's easier to get a visa earlier in the year because all the quota haven't been met yet and if you have a job or family to return to guarantees you will come back gives you more chances to obtain a visa. America has to protect herself from too many illegals, and unfortunately, Poles overstay their visa and don't obey the rules ruining it for other Poles who when don't get a visa, then get mad at America, while they are the ones who screwed it up for themselves.

Love / WHY DO POLISH MEN LIE? [150]

Some Polish men act like immature babies. They will lay down in a toy store and throw a tantrum to get what they want.
It doesn't matter who they hurt in the process, as long as they get it.

Polonia / Polish tourists in The Philippines [12]

My friend's family is from there and she went there once to visit family. Many poor people, primitive lifestyle, some eat dogs, some have no electricity, hot with no air conditioning but very pretty. I'm sure the touristy spots are nice.

Genealogy / Any Polish Tatars here? [95]

The tartars with noble heritage have a special mark on their body, usually on the outside of their thigh or lower stomach area, which is passed on from generation to generation.

Love / Are Polish Women cold and aloof? [249]

When talking to Americans I very often have to speak slowly and carefully because otherwise they simply can't understand what I am saying.

At least you speak slow, that's good. Others try to speak fast and all hell breaks lose.

Travel / Live Music / Festival in Warsaw? [26]

Stupid. Because you're american you think you have the best music bands in the world ? Dunno but in anycase you've the worse: Britney Spears and co.

What about the English rock ? Does it suck too, just because it's outside US ? (I'm not even talking about other countries).

Why you calling people stupid? Nobody is the same and everybody has different taste in music.
Ever heard Polish rap? Lol

Food / Why carp for Polish Christmas? [157]

I have eaten turkey only once in my life. It was disgusting, it smelled like fish

If one doesn't know how to prepare turkey, you get a fish

USA, Canada / How to get Drivers license in IL without social security? [96]

And in the USA, you can get a DL without an SSN - a valid visa helps. An invalid one usually works, too. I know this is so, so don't bother cussing at me that you don't like it.

You do need a SSN# but if you're a non-citizen, they will give you an application to fill out to get one. And you will never get a license with an invalid visa.

USA, Canada / Can Polish people go to university in the USA (easily) ? [22]

Ain't that the truth.
Some Poles come here and don't obey the laws, overstay their visas, marry illegally, talk about how stupid we are, how bad our food is calling it "Amerykańska zaraza", etc. yet they are in no hurry to return to their own country. Why is that?

No wonder they have a hard time getting a visa to "stupid America". Maybe we ain't so dumb after all...

USA, Canada / Marriage laws: dual citizenship (Polish and US) preparing to get married to an American. [65]

It's easier and less complicated to marry in the US.
This depends where she is and where you are. If you both are in the US, get married here. If you are in Poland, then the process will take at least 2 months because first you need an OK from the Polish courts to marry a Polish citizen, which takes about a month, then you have to set a date, another month, then if you want to go to the US, she won't be able to go with you because you have to file a spousal immigration visa which is another 9 months or so.

Life / Child Adoption in Poland? [138]

Not only some rich Americans think of the African children as "dogs" but also of the Russian children.

you are generalizing. My sister adopted two children from Russia, a friend adopted a 4 year old girl from Russia and many, many others and they do not think of them as "dogs". Come on, where do you get that?

Life / POLISH TEENAGERS TURN TO PROSTITUTION... [77]

Seen them on the side of the road by the woods....hahaha. Tirówki.
I was parked to take my puppy out and I saw a guy pull in and the little suka jumped in his car. Then 10 minutes later the dude left and she got out waiting for another sucker.

It's sad that they value money more than their morality.
