Those stereotypes are actually well earned. I have met a few players of such a game and they all fit into that very well.

is there any reason we should stay with old Polish words instead of adopting new ones from foreign languages?

Words adopted from foreign languages on that list are in use in Polish for many decades or even centuries and they are Polish just like any other words that exist in Polish language longer.

You can pick like that on any language. Why there are so many foreign words in Italian, German, French etc. and it just doesn't make sense.

only ask because a friend of mine ;) was stopped last week for speeding - 90km/h in a 50 zone / breezing through an 'orange' traffic light turning red. Cop super nice and loved his attempt at Polish. After breathalizing him and a friendly chat he told him that road had no more police on it and to "enjoy your new car" :) amazing.

That's very unusual behaviour for the Polish police

I get out with the camera and say something like 'k!rwa, mam ciebie i numer samochodu na mojego camera'.

That must have been comedy, wish I was there

I am a little worried about this one, as I would pronounce it the Polish way, and I would not want the child to get bullied in school.

Don't worry, the kids in school will call him Michael / Mike regardless how you call him.

It would be just mispronaunced 'Zoshah', English 'sh' is not Polish 'si', it might not make a difference to you if you're English but for Polish speakers seeing English woman calling her daughter 'Zoshah' which supposed to be Polish 'Zosia' would be just silly and funny.
