Yeah man, don't open a business in Chicago.. or any damn place in the USA for that matter, until the economy gets sorted out. It's getting better, incrementally anyway.

If they were that smart they wouldn't have agreed to the whole thing to begin with. They are technically savvy not so much at running large states. It's not their game. Even now, their country has distinct little states.. all with differing ideas, personalities. Funny, given how small it really is.

Look man, you think your people are going to want to bail out Portugal? Whoever else? No.. they wont. Who cares..
