Your experience is not unusual.
Poles are generally polite and welcoming if perhaps a little cold.
Asian holidaymakers in places like Prague may be targeted by criminals.
But Poland is pretty safe.

No such thing......The Mail is one of the most biased newspapers in The UK.
Very few Poles I know have left......but there are much fewer coming in.

For all it's faults,I still prefer the British NHS.
The cost is painless,as it comes out of our NI and tax contributions.
It provides a service that is essentially,or appears to be,free,at the point of need.
For less serious conditions,it can be a pain,but in general,if you have a serious medical condition they will deal with it quickly and professionaly.

Like most of my generation,I did smoke some weed when I was young.
But I can't say it ever did much for me,except for making me feel paranoid.....I prefer a glass or two of beer or wine....

The problem is that the weed,or now skunk,that is out there now is lethal.

Shitonya Brits obviously had a bad experience in The UK.
Maybe he was one of those rare things,a lazy Pole......rare,but they do exist.
A lazy Pole would not do well in The UK,not least because British people expect Poles to out perform the native populaton..... :-)
