Reporting Illegal polish workers in UK to Hm customs

Stupidwelsh
12 Dec 2006 /  #31
Polish nationals need to apply for a permit to work in the UK within 3 months of finding a job in the UK if that job is expected to last more than one month, this permit lasts 1 year, after that as long as they have worked 12 months uninterrupted in the UK they no longer need concern themselves with the WRS- it’s just like a one off tax.

The employer is responsible for employing legal workers, they will be the ones in trouble.

EU citizens can travel freely throughout the EU, they need no residency permit to live in the UK.

I’m not talking through my arse, I’ve employed 100’s of Poles in the UK and as the guy who was going to have to answer for it I make sure I know my stuff.

You wanted to ‘hurt’ the Polish workers, ironically you will hurt their unscrupulous employer and their landlord, and yet you will have done the right thing, even if it was for the wrong reasons.

The polish woekrs will still be out of a job along with their flat......................still hapy with that result on what you have just told me and i still ddi the right thing. anything illegal is wrong.

justice.

Accoding to the polcie oficer I spoke with they still need to BUY the residential permit. it snot a permit to work but to live.

Residential permit as in living = residential

EU passpowrt covers the no longer required working visa.

I know my stuff too. and so do the polcie that confired this.

It’s really not worth getting worried about people like Manser, all we can do is present the facts and watch while they scream and stamp their feet like crazy monkeys because that’s what they came here to do in the first place.

Today I had a hard day, won’t bother boring you all, I’m sure you all had a hard day- but Manser’s refusal to accept the information from the Home Office and Revenue & Customs because a ’policeman said’ really made me chuckle.

If there was any justice in the world, the UK would have national service just as Manser and his twisted alter egos secretly desire- actually Poland has national service so maybe Manser should get a ‘residence permit’ to live there, he can be the regiment mascot, ‘The Monkey’- watch him dance watch him scream! Good for troop moral. Maybe if he was good, at the end of his time being the Dancing Monkey some kind Polish Officer could stick a bottle of milk up his arse so at least he can say he came close to loosing his virginity at least once, obviously they would have to pull his head out of there first.

Lost it at 17 welsh lol, nice age too.

facts stand welsh they will get screwed for this and its legal what im doing so whats the problem?

its no skin off your nose.

Welsh I seriously would look up the british embassy and ask, no joke.

actually I'll do it myself and post it on here.
Stupidwelsh
12 Dec 2006 /  #48
It is skin off my nose, because I am a Christian and I am pleased that even though you were motivated by hate, God has led you to do the right thing- hopefully you will now find purpose in life and will expose those who would manipulate others- as your passion in God’s name.

Go out there Manser and expose every Landlord and employer who would seek to profit at the expense of society and workers- but leave the workers alone as they have enough to do already without your attention.

As to all the rest, just post links to prove your accusations regarding the need for a residency permit for Poles to live or work in the UK, and I will apologise for thinking you are a stupid dancing monkey who likes to scream and who secretly desires anal sex from a man in a uniform.

So what's the big deal? You claim to have denounced some people that were trying to screw your system. You did it totally legally, good for you, but why are you talking on and on about it? Do you think that it will in any way affect personally anyone on this board? Sorry to bring it to you so harshly, but it wont. So unless you have some new information on this subject it’s time to stop repeating yourself, because, as Johnny Bravo used to say, “this is getting really old really fast”. :)

Residence permits are usually valid for a period of five years. However, they may be issued for a shorter time if you are working or studying in the UK for less than 12 months.

You are unlikely to be given a residence permit if:

- You are in the United Kingdom for a short visit
- You will work and live in the United Kingdom for less than three months; and
- You do not work in the United Kingdom and cannot support yourself without help from public funds.

Other than that you MUST get a residential permit, as I MUST if I want to lvie and wrk in Poland AFTER 3 months.

no im not trying to pee anyone off this forum...............i only recently just joined.

and yeh its getting really old, so i leave it there, i was actually after punishment methods from other ppls expereince and i got it.

If you have a right to live in the UK, you do not need a residence permit or need to register with the police- quoting from your source Mincing Monkey Boy.

An Polish nationals have the right to live in the UK, case solved Watson. The reason the authorities haven’t got back to you is because they can tell a monkey when they see one and are trying to find a zoo where you will be more comfortable and won’t suffer unnecessary distress.

haha

really?

thats not why I called customs, regarding residential permit, i called them ebcause they are working cash in hand and living in a ilegal flat.

oooooooooooooo wrong again.

strike 1 to me.

illegal working, evasion of paying tax and illegal flat., thats why i called and thats what they are going to get screwed for, and even if they dont they will be out of a job for and will lose flat also.

out on the street and a happy christmas from me.

out on the street unless they go abck to Poland that is.

which is worse? mwahahah

You are off to a real poor start for being a newcomer.
Did you happen to catch the name of this site.
I do not think it would hurt anyone's feelings if the administration locked, closed,or put this topic to the trash pile like other forums would do.

I didn't want to do this but I feel that some of the folks here chould be aware of your situation. I've taken this from another forum which I will not mention. So many people there were concerned and felt sympathy towards you. And you have the nerve to come here and talk all of this shite?

Manser, your code of conduct may cost you in the long run. If you were blowing the whistle on corparate wrong doing, I could respect that or giving informed information on vicious drug dealers or human trafficers. Go after real criminals and not a few low income tax dodgers.
