Language barrier in Cracov can make your life a bit complicated and probably you will have to learn some basics of Polish. On the other hand Cracov (Poland) seems to be cheaper place to live than Ireland so you can save more money... The question is how long want you stay? If you think about 1-2 yrs maybe Cracov wouldn't be that bad... if longer choose Cork.
