ok get this.
I am going to Warsaw in 2 weeks.
I made an online reservation on Saturday through their online form.
I called today to confirm it as they did not reply to me.
The man said i must make reservation online.
I said "i did"
He said "we don't have anything for you".
Me> "can I make a reservation with you now?"
Him> "You must do on the internet".
Me> "I already did it 24 hours ago".
He asked what website i was on.
I gave him the address. It was correct, but i didnt have ."com".pl
SO i typed in the ".com" into it and got to the exact same website.
me> "why must i have the internet to make a reservation and you can't do it for me?"
him> "thats a good question"
me> "you work at reception yes?"
Me> "so who can i talk to to make a reservation?"
me> "I have traveled all over the world, made reservations to hotels all over the world, and this is the first time in 40+ years i can't make a reservation on the phone."
Me> "thanks for wasting my time and money, I will spend 1000PLN at another hotel" *click
