Hello everyone,
I am Vietdung from Vietnam, I intend to study abroad in Poland. I have some questions and I hope some people in Poland can help me.

Is that English very popular in Poland, may I speak English to communicate with everyone, If I just know English, may I take some parttime works while I am studying for my living cost? How many money will I recieve per hour? Will I have to study Polish?

And the most importance is that: How about the University of Information Technology ( 55 Pawia Street, 01-030 Warsaw vizja.net ) ? I intend to study there. Is that a good university to study?

Thank you very very much.

thank you, but How about the University of Information Technology

There is so many similar (private) IT schools in Warsaw... i didn't heard about this one so it is nothing special... there is only one well known IT private school with good reputation - pjwstk (.edu.pl), and some non-private: UW, PW, WAT - google it. Why did you choose vizja.net?

In Vietnam there is a representation of UIT and I apply my form through that representation.

Yea that makes sense they probably have English programs like in most universities in Poland. I would learn a few phrases of Polish if you can, I know it may be hard since your in Vietnam.

Merged: Polak89: Wanting to study in Poland

Hello i am 19 years old and wondering if it is possible to study in Poland (exchange student). Currently i live in Australia and i know that many immigrants come to study English here. My Polish is not that great and personally i think this would be the best way to learn. Is this possible?

If you are at University I think you will have more options as you can see in the link, so just do a search around the net....

You can try to find a summer school like these :

Polish course .org
Polish summer .com

They are relatively cheap compared to other programmes, I cannot tell however how good they are because I've never had the occasion to apply for one. The Jagiellonian University offer similar programmes but it's more expensive.

If you plan to study for a longer period in Poland, as in a BA cursus or stuff like that, you should check this website : Aenonline .net

I know UJ is in this network, but I guess there are other Polish universities in too.
