Going by what Ive seen here and looked at myself in Krakow (Kazimierz, for example etc) to "rent will cost about 50,000 - 150,000 zls Deposit (Kaucja) depending on the state of the equipment ....

and about 5000-9000 per month, In a Rental Agreement

To buy will cost about 500,000 - 850,000 Zls

although I would think that Rzeszow is a bit cheaper.

anything else just ask

Don't think it will pay to do that in a provincial town, you need tourist to make it work, unfortunately not too many tourist visit that part. Keep in mind poles do not eat out, they prefer to cook there own. You may want to make contact with a trader in the Rynek area of Rzeszow or just observe how well they are doing.

A couple of examples below. There is a sticky thread in this section that will show you other websites to search. I agree with the other postings, this could be a tough business to run in Rzeszów. You may well be better off speaking to existing businesses in the city centre. Maybe some owners are looking to bail-out or would want to partner with someone who would inject some capital to upgrade to a sports pub. Look into how well "protection services" are thriving in the area, a sports pub could be a magnet for that sort of thing.

Somebody has to do it at some point, and these kind of people are the ones to take a risk and make the money. I would imagine that Rzeszow has arouund 180,000 + inhabitants. That should be enough to carve out a profitable business for the right bar with good quality food.

Thats not really true, Poles love to eat out, most just cant afford it.

In reply to the original question regarding price its a mixed bag. The links above from Nierozumium look about right as for rentals anything from 35pln / m2 / month. Look out for scams though. Consult a lawyer before signing anyhting.

Sam 57 don't want to be disrespectful but you will be in competition with local operators, although poles are not racist they would prefer to support a local pole than somebody from another country, get my drift.

From my experience Poles prefer to buy a bottle of beer for 3zl from a corner shop than pay 8zl in a bar.
Poles don't eat out and as mentioned by WB because they carn't afford it, thats true. Mind you the younger people think a bit differently and eating out is becoming a status symbol.
