Patrycja19 62 | 2,688 24 Dec 2006 / #121I know you didnt just say that! cause you are in a dream world if you did.and as for money, again i say, what she took from you dont include thewhole population in on that, as for greed, maybe you should look again athow you handled things as well, possibly there was some flaws that youneed to fix in order to stop from getting hurt?Manser, or Paul, can I all you Paul?eventually someone will come along, and you will forget that you even knewthat person. and the next one might be Polish too, but is truely in love with you.so try at least give respect where it is deserved. we all can disagree with eachother, but insulting that is not your style is it?
Stupidwelsh 24 Dec 2006 / #122What describes you ‘all over’ Manser? What facet of your personality do you wish to project to the outside world?Do you feel so confident that what you say, the words that tumble from your mouth like a spilt bag of sweets thrown from a pram, are truly your own?
investor1 24 Dec 2006 / #123Hi, sounds like most of you got no idea what you are talking about, some of you know some principles like land, location, etc. Talk further and every day you are loosing opportunity to make profit or to buy something nice for yourself and in few years you won't be able to. Waterfront land in most parts of Poland has risen up in last 3-4 years from 0,80 PLN to more than 40 PLN per sq m and prices of any land in Poland are still few times lower than in neighbour Germany. Anybody can count? Do yourself a favor and look at :)roperty-in-poland.biz for more.
Stupidwelsh 24 Dec 2006 / #124would say the property in Poland is overheating and foreign investors are in danger of getting burnt, that’s why I invested in Estonia.Check out my website imstupidanddon’tmindloosingmylifessavings.comEdited to add: don’t click, I wouldn’t post my website here would I
iwona 12 | 542 24 Dec 2006 / #125Stupidwelsh,it is maybe bit late I decided to buy flat in krakow- 42m2 , 5900pln for 1 m2- it is good area ( still Srodmiescie). It wll be built within 2 years but price is fixed by developer.I think it is not so bad...overpriced.?Krakow is in general quite expensive.I buy it mainly for myself but also as a little investment.
feral belcher 24 Dec 2006 / #126Two things:1. I hope the developer is reliable. It's risky to buy something that is not built yet, even in Canada, US or UK.2. Are you buying for cash or getting a mortgage? If the latter you will end up paying 500,000pln with 30 year amortization, and pray that interest rates won't go up.But it's more than likely that real estate prices will continue to grow especially in big cities, so your investment should pay off. And I don't think it's overpriced.
