If google has one of their research labs in Poland then I'd say they would be likely to be the best seacrh engine.

How about English? Is there anything better than google engine?

I have noticed Google jamming a couple of times the last few days. So if that's the case I use Yahoo or Windows own (Live Search?) but probably I prefer Google.

Yes, it is called Live search. Microsoft wants to improve its functionality by buying or merging Live Search with Yahoo.
